~The World Wide Jutsu Bingo Book~
Please Remember to use this Elemental table when fighting and applying weakness. In the World of naruto each Element has a weakness and a strength and it dosent always follow the Correct order we know in the real world, to clearly outline this ill write it also.
Fire Beats Wind, Wind Beats Lightning, Lightning Beats Earth, Earth Beats Water and finally Water beats Fire.
The main Ones people seem to get confused with is Lightning VS Water, in the naruto world Lightning isnt strong against Water so please remember that.
Applying weakness: Here's a small table of how to apply weakness. When a Ranked Jutsu Example Rank B Suiton Jutsu faces its weakness its basically decreased Via one rank making it an equivalent to a rank C jutsu. When facing a Jutsu that Suiton is strong agaisnt Example Katon Suiton's rank is increased. Making the gap between The Jutsu's 2 Ranks. When Rank S and above Jutsu's are Concerned only the weaker Jutsu is decreased making the gap only one rank.
So a small run down of this is, Suiton Rank B Vs Katon Rank B would change the Jutsu's ranks making the battle actually like this Suiton Rank A VS Katon Rank C
But
Sution Rank S Vs Katon Rank S would change the battle to the following. Suiton Rank S Vs Katon Rank A.

Simply put this, section is a "book" of jutsu that every village would have in their archives. These are jutsu that are known worldwide and have been discovered by various ninjas, all from different places. This collection contains no hidden techniques, so anyone can learn what is listed here. To learn the techniques you must post a certain amount of times before the they can be used in battle. After learning the technique you can post more to upgrade it and make the attack more powerful. Below is a list of jutsu ranks and how many times you must post to learn jutsu, to upgrade, as well as the max Rank that a jutsu can be upgraded to.

Rank E - S The Suiton Jutsu's - This list is perfect for all of you Water user's in other villages but to learn Hidden Techniques you must be a part of the Mist Village. ~Can you handle The Current?~
Suiton jutsu will always be beaten or canceled by a Doton jutsu of one rank lower, equal to, or higher than it.

Academy Student
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Rank: E Range: ? Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water) Rank: E Range: 2 to 5ft Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.
Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique) Rank: E Range: 2 to 5ft Description:A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.
Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit) Rank: E Range: 2 to 5ft Description:A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Rank: D Range: N/A Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab) Rank: Range: Description:A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) Rank: D Range: 10-30 Meters Description:This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.
Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Rank biggrin Range:N/A Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet) Rank: D Range: Description: - An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) - Rank: D Range: Description:- By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Suiton • Hachi Shokushu (Water Release • Eight Tentacles) Rank: D Range: Description:A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. This is a jutsu in which you need one hundred percent chakra control in order to learn..

Chuunin
Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) Rank:C Range:N/A Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time.
Deido Tama (Mud Ball) Rank:C Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it stikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of chuunin level or higher can liquify the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it.
Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique) Rank: C Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.
Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword) Rank: E to A Range: ? Description:Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks. Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu. Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however. Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu. Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.
Suiton: Mizuame Nabara (Water Release: Syrup Capture Field) Rank: C Range: 10 to 30ft Description: - The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Mizurappa (Violent Water Wave) Rank: C Range: 10 to 30ft Description: - After forming the needed hand seals, Yahiko will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.
Suiton: Hōmatsu Rappa (Water Release: Violent Bubble Wave) Rank: C Range: 10-30ft Description: - The user spits out a large volume of bubbles which covers the ground and reduces friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen.
Suiton: Takitsubo no Jutsu (Water Release: Waterfall Basin Technique) Rank: C Range: 20 meters Description: - This is a jutsu which creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.
Suiton: Teppōdama (Water Release: Gunshot) Rank: C Range: 10 meter + Description: - The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power.
Suirō no Jutsu Rank: C Range: 2 Meters Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.[2] Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.
Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Rank: C Range: 2 to 5ft Description:- The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
Water Release • Tentacle Barrage Fury (Suiton • Shokushu Rendan Kyouran) Rank: C Range: Description: - A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack.
Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique) Rank: C Range: Description: - A jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra, Intelligence, and Physical abilities equivalent to 1/3 the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.
Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) Rank: C Range: Description: - Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.
Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill) Rank: C Range: Description: - An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.
Water Release • Water Demon's Appetite (Suiton • Mizu Oni Kuike) Rank: C Range: Description:- A skill which utilizing the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt.

Jounin
Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique) Rank:B Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description:A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.
Suijouki no Jutsu (Steam Technique) Rank: B Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Description:In this attack the user takes a deep breath in and then blows out a mass of billowing steam toward an enemy or group of enemies. It can cause severe burns, and a close range hit can be lethal. The size of the steam cloud is dependent on the user's statistics. The steam covers 5 cubic meters of area.
Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Barrier) Rank:B Range: N/A Description: An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work, or mastery of the appropriate level of Mizu Soujuu. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.
Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile Rank:B Range: N/A Description: Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Sensatsu Suishou - Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles Rank:B Range: N/A Description: sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, Haku is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, Haku forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with his foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.
Suikoudan no Jutsu - Water Shark Projectile Technique Rank: B Range: long Description: Suiton • Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves Rank: B Range: N/A Description: Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.
Suiton: Suigadan (Water Release: Water Fang Bullet) Rank: B Range: 1 meter Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Suiton: Suikōdan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique) Rank: B Range: 1-10 Meters Description: The user shapes water into the form of a large shark, and thrusts their hand forward sending it towards the opponent.The shark moves at high-speeds and creates a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water shark to increase their swimming speed

Water Enterigation Technique Rank: ANBU-B Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description:A Move used For enterigating the enemy a Bubble of liquid is placed of the head of the target causing echo's of the Brain to echo throughout the water finding out information that the target has no control of letting you know as unless they can forget before the technique is placed there is no chance. only an amnesia patient would be able to deify this Technique.
Water Pendulum Technique Rank: ANBU-B Range:Unlimited Description:A technique that is incredibly useful anytime. A giant pendulum of Water Swings behind the user during the Fight witch sends of a hypnotic theme which after 5 posts can knock out the opponent only for about 30 seconds witch in most cases is enough to capture the enemy.
Water decapitation Rank: ANBU-A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description:A small beam of water powerfull enoutgh to simpliy cut off a limb, its strength gets weaker the further away the target is. from closer range the targets limb will easily be desmembered. the jet is so small its easy to dodge.
Complete Body vanish Rank: ANBU-B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description:This Technique is to be used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead if it hits the opponents body is gone completely and can never be recovered also there information will be transferred to the users body giving them vital information about Bloodlines or Clans or there own Techniques. (this will allow the user to learn one of the opponent they have killed's Custom Techniques.

ANBU
Suiton: Suise no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Torrent Technique) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description:This technique is somewhat comparable to the Doton Doryuu Taiga, in that the user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed and can carry opponents away with it. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, or the user's Mizu Soujuu is up to the task, the size of the torrent can be quite large. Otherwise, the torrent is smaller and more specific, able to target one opponent or straight line of opponents.

Kage/Sannin
Goshokuzame - Five Sharks Eating Rank: S Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Suiton • Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below.
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique) - Rank: S Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description:A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This Jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water (or with the mastery of Mizu Soujuu,) and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with it's tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other object. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the Earth.
Suiton: Suishouha (Water Release: Rising Blast) Rank: S Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: - Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand. The depth of the water once the wave has settled is anywhere between 8 to 10 feet.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique) Rank: S Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: - A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the shape of a dragon, which is then sent towards the opponent. Essentially a devastating single target attack, few are the shinobi who can suffer a hit from this technique and continue to fight.
Tsunami no Jutsu (Tsunami Technique) Rank: S Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: - An even better and more devastating water technique than the Suishouha Technique, this Technique can drown a large village but requires enormous amounts of chakra and stamina. Usually an 'all or nothing' technique, as it is not used under normal circumstances due to the widespread and in discriminant destruction that it wreaks.
Suiton: Shindo Futan (Water Release: Depth Charge) Rank: S Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: - A lethal move when used correctly, the opponent must be underwater. After the opponent is fully submersed, the user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, and using this chakra, creates a large burst of energy, compressing the water momentarily beneath themselves. Due to the non-compressive nature of water, this compression will disperse throughout the body, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. For this reason, it is rarely used except in life or death situations.

Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Military Movement Technique) Rank: E Description: This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited time.
Doton: Ishi Yoroi no Ude (Earth Release: Stone Bracers) - Rank: E Description: By taking dirt and rubbing it on their arms or legs, after performing the necessary hand seals, a shinobi is able to create very durable defensive bracers that add extra protection when using the arms to block. The chakra that is infused in them help to soften the blows of any physical attacks. These are very useful for taijutsu users or to defend against an onslaught of upper body blows. These bracers block physical attacks.
Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth) Rank: E Description: When performing this jutsu the shinobi places his/her hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. As the shinobi increases in skill and rank the size, speed, and range of this jutsu all increase.

Koujin Bunshin no Jutsu (Dust Clone Technique) Rank: D Description: bunshin jutsu, using dust and small particles of dirt found everywhere but the cleanest of places, the user is able to form a clone. The clone itself cannot attack, but can pose as a good distraction, since once it is hit, the dust and dirt particles burst open, entering the enemy's eyes, mouth and nose. Also, the clone can be dismissed at will.
Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Rock Shield) Rank: D Description: In the jutsu, the user lifts up a giant piece of earth and uses it as a shield. For every rank, the shield grows 5 feet by 5 feet, and thickens by 3 inches.
Doton: Shuriken no Jutsu (Earth Release: Stone Shuriken Skill) Rank: D Description: Widely used in situations where the user runs out of projectiles. By picking up dirt from the ground and infusing it with chakra, it molds together and takes the form of a shuriken.
Doton: Rikujou Douyou no jutsu (Earth Release: Ground shaking technique) Rank: D Description: Using this technique, the user sends chakra into the ground to cause the ground to shake. The spot of the ground to affect can be controlled. The magnitude of shaking is rather minor though, only capable of probably slightly unbalancing the opponent. If done while the opponent is not on firm ground, it may cause him/her to fall. This technique is usually used for distraction.
Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) Rank: D Description: This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom. In addition, they can start another attack.

Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation) Rank: C Description: This earth jutsu allows the user to “dive” into the ground and move around in it as if it was water, or even thin air. This ability allows the user to get near an opponent without notice and when below him, pull down the opponent to ground, burying his body and leaving only the head above the ground. This particular jutsu isn’t an attack by itself, but it easily creates and opening for more deadly attacks.
Doton: Jihibiki Kansei no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Tremor Sense Technique) Rank: C Description: By touching the ground, the user can sense tremors or vibrations in the ground. These tremors indicate movement, which the user can sense, although he doesn't know who exactly it is. The range is half a mile.
Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Earth Shore Return) Rank: C Description: After striking the ground with his hands, the user creates a large wall of earth in front of him. The defence is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall. Also, since this technique only guards frontal attacks, the enemy can easily attack from the side or even from above
Doton: Retsudo Tenshō (Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm) Rank: C Description: This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This jutsu is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.
Ohitsuji Kashira (Ram head) Rank: C Description: A basic earth protection jutsu where a small, curved wall about the size of the creator is created. It can deflect shuriken and fire jutsu but is weakened by water jutsu. For every rank, the wall grows 5 feet in all directions.
Doton: Tsuka no Tsuchi Souzou (Earth Release: Earth Mound Creation) Rank: C Description: In the process of using this technique, earth is forced to rise up at least 10 feet and a steep sloped mound is made beneath the shinobi. The mound soaks up water like a sponge making this an effective jutsu to perform when fighting any water using shinobi.
Kajuu No Doro (Mud Weights) Rank: C Description: This jutsu is rather simple in form and execution. The user summons a muddy concoction and hurls it at their opponent. Upon making contact with the target, the mud instantly becomes heavier. On able bodied nin it will only slow them down, but when covering a physically weaker nin, such as a Puppet Master or Genjutsu user, it can completely immobilize them.

Doton: Doryu Taiga (Earth Release: Mud River) Rank: B Description: In this common stone jutsu, the user converts part of the floorground that he and his opponent are standing on into a raging avalanche of mud and earth. The opponent quickly loses their footing and begin sliding wherever the mud river takes them.
Tsuchi Shouaku no jutsu (Earth holding technique) Rank: B Description: This technique allows the user to manipulate the earth below an opponents feet to rise up and grab hold of both their legs. The earth is rather durable, and can only be physically forced away by taijutsu specialists. However, the downside is that the earth rises up rather slowly, and a well trained shinobi would be able to notice it fairly easily. Another disadvantage is that it can only be used on natural earth, meaning it can’t be used in buildings or covered ground. This should be used only when the shinobi is distracted.
Doton: Katana no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Element Sword) Rank: B Description: Similarly to Doton Shuriken, the user picks up dirt and/or earth, mixes chakra into the dirt/earth, and forms a sword from it. It isn’t as sharp or powerful as a real sword, and is destroyed after a few hits.
Doton Kekkai: Dorō Dōmu (Earth Release Barrier: Earth Prison Dome of Magnificent Nothingness) Rank: B Description: This technique traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth which is almost instantaneously able to reform. Ghd user is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside, something he enjoyed greatly. However, The user's chakra was distributed throughout the dome, but not equally. Near the back (relative to him), his chakra was much weaker, making the dome weaker in that spot.
Doton: Doryūkatsu (Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide) Rank: B Description: By flowing one's chakra into the ground, one can tear the earth apart, creating large chasms. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm are all up to the user. Manipulating the earth requires fine chakra control, but if one has such skill, they can use this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defences, and even to attack.
Doton: Doryū Jōheki (Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart) Rank: B Description: This technique makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down.
Doton: Doryō Dango (Earth Release: Earth Mausoleum Dumpling) Rank: B Description: With chakra work and superhuman strength, the user lifts up the very surface of the Earth. The lump of earth is gigantic and, the destructive power is obvious, but even just the visual impact can be enough to make enemies lose their fighting spirits and run away. The ball of earth is then hurled it at his opponent, flattening everything in its path.
Doton: Domu (Earth Style: Iron Skin) Rank: B Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body, which hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user's skin becomes much darker, an almost black colour. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.
Doton: Doryūheki (Earth Release: Earth Style Wall) Rank: B Description: This ninjutsu is used to defend against an incoming attack by creating a solid wall of earth. Chakra is converted to earth within the body and then spat out. This earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. When used by Kakashi he creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain, and rather than spitting out mud, Kakashi simply causes the ground to rise.
Doton: Iwayado Kuzushi (Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction) Rank: B Description: This technique causes a cave-in by destroying the equilibrium that holds the cave together. Just removing a single vital stone throws off the balance of the cave, making it unexpectedly fragile and causing a domino effect that destroys the entire cave. The shinobi from Iwagakure use this technique in their pride tactic, luring several enemies into a cave to kill them all at once.
Doton: Doryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon Blast) Rank: B Description: In this jutsu, a large mudstone structure appears from the ground in the shape of a dragon’s face. The dragon then shoots many earthmud “cannon balls” which hit the enemy with great speed.
Iwa no Yoroi (Shield of Stone) Rank: B Description: A thin layer of protective mixture of stone and clay that covers a user's body. Since it makes the user cover him with hard stone and clay, this jutsu causes the user's body to weigh more and stamina usage is increased. Very similar to the armor of sand (Suna no Yoroi).
Pulsating Earth Rank: Anbu - B Range: Unlimited Description: This technique that is incredibly useful at any time. The user sends a pulse of strange chakra signals through the ground that will eventually knock the opponent out temporally. If the target is in contact with earth, i.e. dirt, on the first turn this technique is activated they lose chakra control for two turns, making it hard to cast Jutsu (Does not effect a Kage level nin). If the target is in continuous contact for two posts then they are knocked out for 1 post. In that period of time the user of the jutsu is allowed to take their opponent hostage.

ANBU/Onin
Doton: Wareme Souzou (Earth Release: Chasm Creation) Rank: A Description: When this jutsu is performed the user places their hands on the ground and focuses chakra into the earth. From the power of the chakra flowing into it, the earth splits apart and a chasm is created. The longer that the shinobi focuses chakra into the earth, the wider and deeper the chasm becomes. At first it is 10 feet deep and 3 feet wide, then it is 20 feet deep and 6 feet wide, and it continues increases by a depth of 10 and a width of 3 as long as it is continued. This is very useful when creating a protective barrier for someone else.
Sekkai Zanchuu (Stone Pillar) Rank: A Description: A stone pillar lifts the shinobi high in the air away from combat. The pillar comes equipped with small stone needles that launch when it is touched. The creator of the stone pillar has a limited control over it it's movement, causing it to move relatively slow. This is a great way to increase the distance between the defender and an attacker since the pillar can reach heights of nearly 30 feet.
Doton: Iwa Guntai Tate (Earth Release: Rock Army Shield) Rank: A Description: A flat defensive slab of earth shoots out of the ground and forms walls that guards each member of your team. The maximum number of people that can be protected are four. The user of the technique decides which side of his/her allies the wall will be formed on. For every rank, the user can create shields in a 40 foot diameter. Earth Death Technique Rank: Anbu - A Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: The user creates handsigns and then, when the activates it, the ground literally opens and swallows the opponent. Once the handsigns are created it can be used anytime and is extremely unpredictable, making it hard to defend agaisnt.
Earth Disembodiment Rank: Onin - A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: A small jet of mud with enough power to cut a limb off with ease. However, due to its size it can easily miss and can only effect one limb at a time.
Complete Body vanish Rank: Onin - A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: this Technique is to be used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead if it hits the oppoents body is gone completly and can never be recovered also there infomation will be transered to the users body giving them vital infomation about Bloodlines or Clans or there own Techniques. (this will allow the user to learn one of the opponent they have killeds Custom Techniques).

Doton Tsunami no Jutsu (Earth Tsunami Technique) Rank: S Description: This jutsu summons a huge tsunami of broken earth and rubble that can strike with enough force to break bones and kicks up a cloud of dust which obscures the vision of normal shinobi.
Doton: Yomi Numa (Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld) Rank: S Description: By changing the surface of an object (ground, ceiling, wall, etc.) beneath an enemy (relative to them) into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures. The technique can also be used on a smaller scale to trap individual foes
Doton Bakuha no Jutsu (Earth Dragon Explosion Technique) Rank: S Description: Used mostly after the use of Doton Tsunami no Jutsu, this jutsu enables the user to create a powerful current of Earth in the shape of a dragon. The dragon can move anywhere there is earth created by the user and can even leave the ground, but for only a short while.

Katon: Ichi (Fire Release: One) Rank: E Description: The basic building block of a great many techniques down the line, this is presumably the very same skill that began the study of Katons. Molding their chakra through a simple seal of any choice, the user is able to focus it onto the tip of their index finger in the form of heat. With this, they can cut through things such as glass and rope with some difficulty. However, at this stage, control of one’s chakra is so minimal that this technique can only be used by one finger and essentially has no combat use.

Genin
Katon: Shuriken no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Description: A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns. Note: Only one projectile at a time.
Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique) Rank: D Description: Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set thing things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.
Katon: Ni (Fire Release: Two) Rank: D Description: This technique makes it so that after a user has molded enough chakra to gather heat into their finger they can now distribute it to both the index and middle finger (one hand), making it a somewhat viable option in combat now. However, jabs and strikes made through this method would simply burn through clothing and wouldn’t cause any substantial thereafter. In terms of raw searing strength, though, it allows the user to cut through even metallic string now.
Katon: Hoteri Ougigata no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique) Rank: D Description: A fairly simple jutsu, the user breaths in a fair amount of air while performing the necessary handseals and breaths it out in a short funnel of flame. Literally lasting only a few seconds, it explodes out of the mouth in a v-like wave and is a commonly used technique amongst shinobi who like to build into their attacks. The range of this flame, however, is about 3m and the flame itself isn’t held long enough to deal any real damage. Therefore, it isn’t necessarily a viable offensive option as compared to other jutsus, but it does serve its purposes since only three handseals are needed to perform this technique.

Chuunin
Katon: San (Fire Release: Three) Rank: C Description: At this stage of learning, users of this technique are expected to be quite adept at controlling the flow of chakra in their body. It is by this that they are now able to both create ample amounts of chakra and distribute to both hands (still only two fingers per hand). The actual heat effect of this technique, though, still hasn’t changed much from Katon: Ni. Also, awkwardly enough, the user is still unable to have the technique travel throughout one whole hand.
Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique) Rank: C Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma. Note: Chuunin for three post's, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.
Katon: Shouidan no Jutsu (Fire Release: Incendiary Technique) Rank: C Description: Recently developed, this technique is much akin to the Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu in a few ways. Using almost the identical set of seals, the user instead coughs out globs of what looks to be silver-tinged mucous. These flammable, gelatinous balls can be scattered along any area and even on other people and are highly combustible. Anything from the slightest spark can ignite them and set off variable explosions based on the level of the shinobi as well is leave a lasting flame going. Note: Chuunin can set a 4m – 5m radius ablaze. And Jounin are capable of kindling an area of approximately 5m – 10m.
Katon: Shi (Fire Release: Four) Rank: C Description: Much unchanged from Katon: San, the most noticeable change here is the strength of the heat effect set off by the user’s fingers. Now able to melt through various objects of higher density than glass (not including metals), the only drawback is that this intensity is only attainable through one hand at the moment. One could compare the effect of this technique to being stabbed with a searing hot kunai. Essentially, this is just a much more combat effective version of Katon: Ni. Note: This technique cannot be stacked with Katon: San wherein both hands can be used at the same time with one hand stronger than the other.
Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique) Rank: C Description: Uses a high amount of chakra which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Extremely powerful, this Katon seems to possess a denser mass than most Katons. This would explain its intense potency and explosive nature.
Katon: Nenshou Tosshin (Fire Release: Burning Rush) Rank: C Description: A two-part technique that acts much like the Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu. With the same seal sequence as the a forementioned jutsu, the dragon, ox and hare are added at the end and the technique changes from defensive to offensive. As the customary sphere surrounding the user appears to fade out, it instead sweeps back and wraps itself around the user in the elemental shape of flames at the arms and shoulders. At this, the user finds themselves temporarily invigorated. Note: This jutsu is both defensive and offensive, both blocking attacks and acting as one itself. The secondary effect here is that the user is able to move at a slightly more increased speed than usual alongside the actual flame effects that obviously harm opponents upon contact.
Katon Fire Release ______________________________
Jounin
Katon: Go (Fire Release: Five) Rank: B Description: This is where the technique evolves into one of the most deadly techniques within the Leaf. This is the stage before Kaseiken, the only move of comparable strength to the Chidori within the Leaf’s arsenal. In this building block, however, the user mimics the hand movement and effect of Chidori, replacing lightning with flame. Here, unlike the techniques leading up to this, flames now spring forth from the user’s entire hand. If the user balls their hand into a fist, however, the flames immediately disperse and the jutsu is cancelled. In this way, only spear-handed attacks can be made and their potency is increased so that most defenses can now be pierced.
Katon: Daitou no Jutsu (Fire Release: Longsword Technique) Rank: B Description: Similarly performed as compared to the Katon Kyuuka, the user instead focuses all heat around them onto their skin. Then, by molding chakra in the most precise manner they are able to turn their entire arm, the most dominant usually, into a long, flaming sword. It shoots out from the arm and remains there for a few moments, incinerating anything it touches. Comprised of the same sort of heat given off by the Kyuuka, it is basically amplified to the point where it can be used offensively.
Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Blast) Rank: B Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent in the shape of a large dragon from the users mouth. The intensity of the flame is enough to completely melt stone and the end result of this techniques rampage is an explosion enough to send an entire mountain aquiver.
Fuuinka (Fire Sealing) Rank: B Description: Yet another form of fire mastery, this particular technique was originally developed and mastered by the Sannin Jiraiya. Sometimes seen as the jutsu within a jutsu, this one has properties that only the most talented of shinobi will ever master. Unleashing a scroll usually readied in advance, the user tosses it in front of them and then performs the necessary seals. At once the scroll absorbs almost any incoming Katon and stores it within the scroll for later use or even study. However, much unlike Jiraiya, no other ninja within the Leaf or anywhere else was ever able to bring this technique to his level. Because of that, it has particular limitations that the Sannin himself was not obliged to adhere to.

Hot Interrogation Rank: A Range: Close Description: The user finishes their handseals and the area around the user instantly becomes unbearably hot. There is nothing anyone can do to cool down and it does not effect the user. After a while the heat begins to change the signals that the brain sends and the release of "Truth Toxins" into the blood, forcing the opponent to tell the "Whole truth and nothing but the truth."
Though Fire And Flames Rank: A Range: Unlimited Description: This technique creates a seeming small ball of fire that can be launched at a target. Once the flame impacts something, it explodes in to a raging, all consuming, fire storm.
Incineration Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Creates a small flame that, when touched, burns that object it came in contact with in seconds. This is a good way to dispose of bodies, but thanks to it's size it is very easy to dodge..
Burnt Memories Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: This technique burns the face of the target and allows the user to learn one of their custom jutsu or bloodline secrets. This technique is inherently hard to use on a live person however. (Bloodlines cannot be used even when learned about)
Katon Fire Release ______________________________
Kage/Sannin
Moushou Kaseiken (Fierce Flame Fist) Rank: S Description: A fabled level of mastery, this version of the Kaseiken almost completely revolutionizes the previous. Rather than flames wrapping around a users fist, the fire instead engulfs the user completely and generally makes the user look imposing, even demonic. But these flames are much more than show. Now that the flame that was previously surrounding only the fist is available in such large amounts through the entire body, the destruction of the attack is also multiplied five-fold. However, this is a make or break technique. At this stage of mastery, the explosion itself can be controlled enough so that the user is not harmed, but the amount of chakra it takes to both control and create such force immediately user to fight at his limits.
Katon: Shinhidora no Jutsu (Fire Release: True Hydra Technique) Rank: S Description: An extremely powerful technique, used only by the most powerful of Leaf-nins, it has been known to destroy entire landscapes in one fell swoop. By somewhat summoning a large, fiery monstrosity in front of them: a Fire Dragon with three heads.

Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique) Rank: E Range:N/A Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.
Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) Rank biggrin Range:N/A Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique) Rank:E Range:Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.
Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training) Rank:N/A (E) Range:N/A Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly. Note: This skill is passive.

Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique) Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.
Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.
Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous) Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Dendou Hari Hirogari no Jutsu (Electric Needle Spread Technique)
Description: Generally used as a ranged defensive maneuver when a Cloud-nin wishes to hit multiple targets in front of him. First, he begins to grow electricity-based needles all over the front area of his body. Anyone using a taijutsu on him, between now and when he attacks, from the front side will get a slight sting, attacking from the sides or from the back is still effective however. Once the needles have grown the user then flashes one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver towards anyone in their way. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.

Shinkou Arashi no Jutsu (Rising Storm Technique)
Descriptions: A defensive technique that covers the immediate area of the Cloud nin from a large degree of angles. Collecting electricity through his entire body he immediately pushes all of it into the ground below him, almost instantaneously bolts of lightning begin rising from the ground in a rhythmic fashion covering his front, back, and side, but still allows him to be attacked from above. Most form of projectiles (i.e. shuriken, senbon, kunai) are deflected in the process but strong ninjutsu can drive though this maneuver. Also while one is performing this move he must keep his hands on the ground so he is unable to attack others while performing this move.
Dendou Kaitengi no Jutsu (Electric Gyroscope Technique) Description: This technique offers the user both offensive and defensive capabilities, presenting some interesting strategic options. The user forms the necessary handseals and, by focusing his chakra, creates a pair of rings of electricity around himself, that spin about like a gyroscope, maintaining a constant electric field throughout its radius, which is half a meter from the user. If anything from outside attempts to enter this radius, the rings will shoot a blast of electricity potent enough to knock back a person and completely deflect any projectile. The shield will effectively block any taijutsu weaker attacks, and any weaker ninjutsu attacks. An attacker using a strong taijutsu will be able to enter the radius of the gyroscope, but will still suffer an electric shock as he enters. The user is able to move around while the shield is active, however at a slightly slower speed.
Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique)
Description: Circulating electrically charged chakra around the entire area of the body the user is now able to push this chakra out of their body forming a personal-range electric sphere of defense that covers all angles and even overhead. Anyone who is attempting to break the shield with a taijutsu attack will be given a shock capable of leaving a third degree-burn and pushed back, any type of thrown weapon is immediately blocked as well. The shield can also deflect most ninjutsu attacks. The downside of this is that the user is unable to move while the shield is active.
Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique) Description: Making physical contact with an enemy shinobi the Cloud-Nin shoves Static Strings into his opponent and himself, by hotwiring the electrical impulses of the target's brain he disables the target and assumes control of the opponent's body. While in this state the shinobi can only control the target body and has little control over his own body which will remain standing in place. Major problems with this technique is that by severing the strings you break the connection between the target and the Cloud-nin, also the maximum range the controlled body can move from the original body is 50 feet, otherwise the strings will break.

Kage/Densetsu
Hando no Semeku (Hands of Torture) Descriptions: Considered by most to be more of a torture technique then an actual attack the user can lay his hands on his opponent and send several thousands of volts of electricity into the target. Depending how many times a Cloud-Nin has hit the opponent with this will depend on what happens. One time of being hit by this technique causes minor burns, chest constrictions, blurred vision, and overall pain. An additional time of being hit by this any other time during the battle will cause on-site second-degree burns, partial blindness, and an inability to breathe. A third case of exposure will cause a third degree burn on the spot that the hands touched and will cause major orificial hemorrhaging cause by internal bleeding, and unconsciousness. The fourth exposure causes death, and pretty much leaves the area smelling like burnt flesh.
Kouten no Saiketsu (Heaven's Judgement) Description: A technique that causes overall destruction and chaos, performing a number of seals a large spinning tube of lightning launches itself out of the user's body and speeds away in the direction that the Cloud-Nin was facing. Going at a particularly high speed this tube begins to tear up all peices of land it touch and bores large holes through anything that has the horrible chance of being in front of it and then explodes in a huge burst of electricity essentially electrocuting anyone within close proximity of the explosion.

Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone) Rank: E Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.
Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation) Rank: E Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with good control could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated. can be used to hurl object's at enemy.
Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu (Retrieving Wind Technique) Rank: E Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Those with ok or so Power will only be able to push small objects about the size of a kunai or shuriken towards them, while someone with great Power can push large animals and even people.

Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu (Gale Surge) Rank: D Description: A defensive jutsu at best. The user distils the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.
Yadama Henshin Bakuha (Projectile Deflection Blast) Rank: D Description: Building up a great amount of air in their chest, the user distils chakra to expel a great gust of wind directly from their mouth. The wind is not strong enough to push back something as solid as a human body but can deflect light projectiles such as kunai and shuriken.
Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Slashing Wind Skill) Rank: D Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent. In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches. Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets. The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet. If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.
Bouseki Tate no Kaze (Spinning Shield of Winds) Rank: D Description: Focusing on an area in front of them about 5 feet wide and across, the user dispels chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating something akin to a shield. Instead of deflecting attacks however the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at them back towards the enemy at the same speed it was fired at.thrown weapons and level 4 ninjutsu techniques.
Fuusajin - Dust Wind Rank: Description: Ninpou • Fuusajin is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sand ninja Temari. Using her fan, Temari will blow a strong current which will cover the surrounding area in dust. This dust will serve to loosen the footing for any opponent who walks nearby.
Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind) Rank: D Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armor for the user. The wind armor lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armor and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armor. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.
Zankuuha - Decapitating Air Waves Rank: D Description: Zankuuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sound ninja Zaku Abumi. Using the air vents installed in his arms, Zaku can control supersonic waves and air pressure. The Zankuuha creates a massive gust of wind, which he can blast at an opponent. The gust is so strong it can even break rock.

Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Description: Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Orochimaru will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
Kaiten Shuriken - Rotating Shuriken Rank: C Description: Fuuton • Kaiten Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Setsuna will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Wind chakra, which he will use to send his double bladed kama through the air as spinning disks. He can then launch these disks at his target like shuriken. Because he manipulates each individually, he can attack his target from multiple directions.
Kamaitachi - Cutting Whirlwind Technique Rank: C Description: Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her chakra. When her opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickling winds.
Zankyokukuuha - Extreme Decapitating Air Waves Rank: C Description: Zankyokukuuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sound ninja Zaku Abumi. This technique is a variation of the Zankuuhaa. Like the Zankuuha, Zaku creates a large gust of air pressure from the vents in his arms. This technique is the ultimate version of the lesser technique, it creates a massive gust of wind capable of totally wiping out his target and the surrounding area.
Fuuton: Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Dragon) Rank: C Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Bakuhatsu from its mouth.
Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Release: Air Riding) Rank: C Description: As wind ninjutsu is typically more focused on ranged combat rather than close combat such as what taijutsu specialists favour, it was necessary to create jutsu’s that made them as hard to hit as possible, as a result, the wind riding technique was created. The technique in essence has the user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball, and due to the hovering nature of the ball combined with its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.
Fuuton: Tatsumaki Wana (Wind Release: Tornado Trap) Rank: C Description: The user creates a large tornado about ten feet high directly around their enemy wide enough so that they have little room to move. The opponent will find themselves trapped inside the eye of this tornado, unharmed by the winds but unable to move without touching the tornado. If they attempt to escape they will find the swirling winds will push them back inside the center, with several cuts and scratches due to the ferocity of the winds. However just as what’s inside cannot leave what is outside cannot enter; any attacks or projectiles will simply be deflected back out. The tornado lasts for two posts and has a three post cool down time.

Dai Kamaitachi - Great Cutting Whirlwind Rank: B Description: Dai Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area.
Hana Chirimai - Flower Scattering Dance Rank: B Description: Fuuton • Hana Chirimai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will create a spinning vortex of flower petals. This vortex can engulf her target to limit their vision and then slam them into nearby objects.
Kamikaze - Hair Wind Rank: B Description: Fuuton Ninpou • Kamikaze is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Setsuna will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Wind chakra, which he will use to generate pillars of spinning wind. This wind can be used to help fan the flames of a Fire element attack.
Kazegaeshi - Wind Return Rank: B Description: Kazegaeshi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shitenshounin member Kujaku. This technique is used to counter a wind attack launched against Kujaku. Using her swords' ability to amplify her chakra and transform wind, Kujaku will split the incoming wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex. She can then launch it back at the ninja who originally created it.
Kuchiyose: Kirikiri no Mai (Summoning: Execution Whirl) Rank: B Description: After the user wipes their own blood on the area in front of them or on the offensive weapon they intend to use for the attack, Daikamaitachi No Jutsu is prepared as normal. But instead, when the wind is released, a large summoned weasel, as well as a long pole, two short sickles and a container becomes shaped out of the wind. This is a much more intensified gust of wind that is able to chop down trees with ease.

Atsugai - Pressure Damage Rank: A Description: Fuuton • Atsugai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After releasing his black Wind elemental from his body, Kakuzu will use the spirit to release a large wind blast. Working in conjunction with his partner Hidan, they can make use of Hidan's immortality to have Hidan get in close to their target and pin them down while the blast hits them both. Hidan will survive the blast but their target will normally not be as lucky.
Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Rank: A Description: Fuuton Ninpou • Kami Oroshi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Setsuna will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Wind chakra, which he will use to generate a whirling vortex of wind which he can send snaking towards his target.
Kazekiri - Wind Cutter Rank: A Description: Kazekiri is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shitenshounin member Kujaku. This technique is used to divide and neutralize a wind attack launched against Kujaku. Using her swords' ability to amplify her chakra and transform wind, Kujaku will split the incoming wind attack and make it harmless.
Kaze no Yaiba - Sword of Wind Rank: A Description: Kaze no Yaiba is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Baki. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces. Unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.
Mugen Sajin Daitoppa - Infinite Dust Great Breakthrough Rank: A Description: Fuuton • Mugen Sajin Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. While in his partially transformed Shukaku form, Gaara can inhale a large amount of air into the Shukaku chest cavity. He can then exhale the air in a large gust capable of turning back an incoming attack.
Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: A Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Nagato will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.
Tatsu no Ooshigoto - Dragon's Big Job Rank: A Description: Fuuton • Tatsu no Ooshigoto is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. Temari will swing her fan into the air, causing the sky to grow dark and stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that will drop down on top of her target.
Chaos Theory Rank: A Description: The user finishes his hands signs and simply exhales a small amount of wind witch build's itself up generating a small tornado over two posts witch can trap an opponent inside and its special chakra generated pulse will begin to cause slight amnesia and heavy damage to the body.
Turbulence Rank: A Description: A Small Airless pocket is created around the enemies head causing great discomfort, used mainly for interrogation. but can cause great damage the technique never last long enough to kill.
Currents Rank: A Description: Using the Currents of the wind The user can predict whats coming next from chakra pulses and signals in the wind.

Rasen Shuriken - Spiral Shuriken Rank: S Description: Fuuton • Rasen Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. Rasen Shuriken was developed by Uzumaki Naruto out of the original Fuuton • Rasengan. This spiraling Wind attack has only been seen in a half completed state. But even in this incomplete form, it has wrought massive destruction. With the aid of clones Naruto will form Rasengan and add the Wind Element. Though called "shuriken" the attack is not thrown. The trick name along with the aid of clones who act as a feint allow Naruto to get in close and strike his opponent. The attack itself can only be maintained in his hands for a few seconds time.
Rasen Shuriken is formed by enumerable minuscule small blades which slice into every cell of his target, severing the chakra circulatory channels connecting all the vital points on the body. Once it connects the highly dangerous attack will envelop the target in a massive sphere of destruction. The attack hits the opponent in such a way that it is even beyond the abilities of the Sharingan to copy. Due to its channel severing nature, the result on the body resembles a fast acting poison more than an outright attack. Unfortunately this same damage is done to Naruto's arm. For that reason Tsunade declared it forbidden.
Renkuudan - Drilling Air Projectile Rank: S Description: Fuuton • Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The demon Shukaku inhales a large amount of air into his chest and then slams his fist into his chest to expel it. To strengthen the attack Shukaku will imbue chakra into the air. When expelled it forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large damage.
Fuuton: Kanketsusen Souzou (Wind Release: Geyser Creation) Rank: S Description: Placing their hand against a flat surface, such as the ground the user can create a large hole in the ground about ten feet across and wide. At any time the user can cause it to erupt and send a colossal blast of steam and air shooting in the sky, sending anything caught within the blast flying high up in the air. Additionally the steam is quite hot in temperature, causing severe burns to anyone affected in the blast. The geyser has enough strength to break a building apart upon blasting, save for those made out of very strong materials. A good destructive jutsu, but hard to control.
