Were you expecting something else?
Approximately 5'7'' with a rather pale, yet healthy, skin tone. Her eyes are blue, and her long hair is the same, flowing freely down her back. She is wearing a rather ordinary outfit; jeans, and a white long sleeved shirt with the logo to a university on one shoulder. No jewelry. For all intents and purposes, she looks like an ordinary, if a bit dull, college student, and yet... there's something odd about her, some kind of light that radiates from her, a sense of presence. It's hard to place. She is very beautiful.
She has wings, but they are only visible when she's flying, or fully transformed.
Contrary to popular belief, you won't be incinerated by looking at me.

Thea is a very confident person. She loves truth, and literally lives to serve and assist others. Selfless, wise, quiet, and generally reserved, she has an uncanny habit of being there right when you need her. Or, perhaps, you didn't know you needed her until she showed up. When she leaves, which she does often, people often feel lighter. Like a cool breeze on a hot summer's day, she leaves you feeling refreshed, and then... she's gone. It's not in her nature to stay long, just as long as is needed; however, this current trial, and her growing sense of humanity, has had a highly personal effect on her. She has started to experience something new-- terror.
I am not perfect; no one is.
Judgmental, and a bit stern, Thea is not very open minded. She can also be very stubborn.

I did not fall.
Once upon a time, Thea was a Seraph, a member of the highest order of Angels. She was, and still is, a divine creature; she shown so brightly humans were unlikely to see her. Evil feared her, demons were no match; however... she didn't remain a Seraph. Slowly, over the years, her glory has slowly diminished. Demons became difficult to fight, her light began to wane, her form eventually drifting dangerously close to mortal. Once a feared holy creature, she is now little more than human. An Angel still, immortal, but for all intents and purposes, hardly a threat to anybody.
No one seems to know why she diminished in power, but there are rumors that she no longer deserved it. Others say she chose her fate. Regardless of what is said, she has remained consistent over her long life, loving and treasuring truth and goodness.
This will take some getting used to.

Major: Ice Affinity: An 'enhancement' to an original ability. Before she woke up in the facility, she could manipulate water, pulling it out of thin air, and found various means of using its' momentum as a weapon. However, she could never change it into ice. Now that she's woken up in the facility, all her water forming turns into ice almost instantly. She cannot keep it fluid anymore.
Natural: As an Angel, Thea possesses some natural enhancements that humans do not have. She's much stronger than a human, and has a slight regenerative ability that's very effective, but takes time. Can also heal others. Not to mention she can fly. Using her wings in this facility, though, is not very realistic. The wings are invisible until in use.
