It means:
Pass the point of no return
Nothing more to fear
We have time to make little cakes
After the point of no return
I don't know exactly WHY I thought of that...XD

Crud. I'll probably end up with some from marching band this year, we have a few Phans in ours. Knowing us, we'll make something up. But those are awesome!
