What've you tried?

EDIT: Says here milk baths can help. some topical cream called Adapalene also does too. E II: oh Adapalene is Epiduo. ok.

also says that coconut oil on the affected area while showering helps and so does "moderate sunlight". I assume you don't pick or scratch at it b/c that makes it worse.

E III: exfoliating helps too. but really I'm just throwing s**t out there until I know what you've tried so far.

np. I think you have to get epiduo by prescription, so the loofah scrubbing and the coconut oil sound like easier routes.
