I just finished my first month of birth control last night. My period has been dying to start for like two weeks now. I've been spotting off and on and my uterus is ******** grumpy.

When I first started BC I was spotting alot in the early months and it took awhile to regulate.
But when it did it was awesome and I could pin-point when it was coming.

Hey, what do you know? I just finished my first month as well!
Mine was freakishly on time with it. The first day of the placebo I started. I didn't have as bad of cramps as I usually get, but the cramps lasted longer. Usually I have one horrible day of "KILL ME NOW" cramps, but I had three days of "Goddamnit, where's the Tylenol?" cramps. Also, my period was only shorter than normal by like a day. confused
When I got my new pack on Saturday the doctor suggested I try this particular brand for 2-3 months and see if it lessens the cramps and flow time.

Today is my first placebo day and so far it hasn't started, but I can feel it stirring deep within my loins like an angry badger.

I got that stirring feeling my last two days of the actual pills.
Supposedly you should start the second or third day of the placebo, according to my doctor. He was surprised that I started the first day of placebo and went almost the entire week of placebo.

That's what happened my first month, then it would come during two or three weeks after that for a while? I'm about six months in and I'm only now becoming regular.

I think my body loves birth control or something. I've been on two diff kinds (the first one stopped being made) and I've never had spotting or anything. I have like NO cramps, and it comes on the exact same day every month. TIS AWESOME. It also only lasts about 4 days and it's very light.
