since becoming a vegetarian. but not just that, but i'm eating smaller portions, walking to and from school, drinking more water. just small changes.
i am happy. :>

lucky...I have been working out for almost 2 months, quit drinking soda, drining x3 more water and I haven't lost a pound.

Also other Canadian goddess, go to an endocrinologist, possibly you have an endocrine related problem? get a full body check. :3
I FIGURED OUT I HAD A SEVERE CASE OF PCOS MAKING IT HARDER FOR ME TO LOSE WEIGHT.

YAY ALEX. :3 Little changes really do make a difference~ <3 By doing what you did, I lost a good amount of weight. Now I workout too, so I can be toned and s**t. 83 Green tea works wonders as well, and can be addictive. O:

Yay! whee That happened to me earlier in the year, just because of how much walking I have to do, plus I'm not around food as much. Pretty much the same stuff you said, IT HELPS SO MUCH.
