Rules
1)First off, the avatar you draw MUST be your OWN avatar, and it must LOOK like your avatar as you entered it in. So my suggestion on this is change your avatar to how you want it, THEN enter the contest and draw your avatar.
2) I reserve the right to kick people out of the contest, which will happen with a return of your entry fee, should any of the rules be broken or you are harassing any of the other contestants.
3) EVERYONE will win something in this contest, seeing as how there are going be only 3 contestents at once, and the contest will be held daily. The minimum prize will be less then what you entered the contest with. (at least thats what the case is at the moment unless something changes [which I have an idea to make that change.] The entry fee is 700 gold.
4) I reserve the right to add, subtract and change rules as I see fit.
5) All pictures in the contest will be submitted into the page that I've made in the Art Subforum so that everyone who goes in there can enjoy everyones art. If you do not agree with this you must let me know via PM, so that I know I may not put your art in the Art subforum. IF you dont read these rules and do not know about this rule, it is not my problem and if you give me crap about it I will tell you to read the rules and pretty much tell you to get stuffed because I've put every thing right here in writing for you see and KNOW what I've done.
6)You may re-enter the contest as many times as you want. HOWEVER if I have a long list of people who wish to be in the contest and you've been entered already once your name will go on the bottom of the list and you will have to wait your turn. If you are booted from the contest for any reason OTHER then you did not give me the link to your avatar art on time you CANNOT enter the same contest you were kicked from again, you will have to wait another turn in order too. I will have a strike list for each person who has been booted from a contest for any reason other then failing to send me a link for their art, and after 3 strikes (meaning if you've been booted out of a competition for rule breaking, harrassing another contestant, and mud slinging against other peoples art) You will no longer be eligible to be able to join this contest again. I am tolerate, but I will not put up with continuous bad behavior.

How the contest works
I'm going to explain how the contest process works, and it is very helpful for you to read and understand this before you enter.
Step 1: Entering
Well obviously you have to enter in order to win the contest. So when a contest is complete and there is an available contest to begin you will see in the below post something along the lines of this:
Contestant 1: (available space)
Contestant 2: (available space)
Contestant 3: (available space)
This is when you notify me via PM that you wish to enter. The entry fee is 700 gaia gold, which you will have to trade to me to officially be entered into the contest. When the spaces are filled I will have a total of 2100 gold, 400 from each contestant. I will put your name Beside one of the contestant slots, and you will now an official contestant.
Step 2: Drawing the Avatar.
You can do this whenever you like if there ares till contestant spots open, but I suggest you wait in case you change your mind on how you want to draw or dress your avatar. You're drawing MUST look like your avatar in order for me to consider it part of the contest. And it must look like your avatar on the day that the prizes are given out. Once all the contestant spots are filled you then have 2 days to complete your drawing. I will notify the contestants via PM or guild announcement that all the slots are filled and you have until the next day to PM me your links to your drawings so that I may post them inside the contestant post under your name. If you fail to PM me a link to avatar art within that specified period of time I will trade you back your 400 gp and I will simply have the vote for the other two contestants. If more then one person fails, then I will have to wait for more contestants. You may re-enter the contest as many times as you like, so you may re-enter if you're booted from the contest for lack of time ethics.
Step 3: Winning
After the 2 days have passed (thats assuming that it actually takes 2 days for the drawings to all be completed) I will then make a guild announcement requesting that people come into the forum and vote on whose picture was the best. The first place prize will be 1000 gold, Second place prize is 800 and third place prize will be 300 gold.
This how ever may change with time... I reserve the right to change the entry fee as I see fit, and the prizes as I see fit.
