My wrist has been hurting really bad. It's happened before just from strain but it's been a few days and the pain keeps going up and down on the hurt meter. I'm starting to think I have a very mild sprain. :/ But I really don't want to go to the doctor again I'm sick of them and their expensive tests and I wouldn't be surprised if my doctor went overboard and ordered x-rays for a few stretched tendons.

I've been icing it like crazy. and I've got a little wrist brace. It's felt a lot better the last couple days since I havn't been working and I could rest it. Still twinges a bit but nothing compared to how it was.

and to a certain point, icing doesnt really help if it's been hurting like forever. idk what to say to help though, maybe just wait a few more days. do you know what caused it?

It wasn't hurting for forever, just about a week. It still twinges very little on occasion but I'm not even using the wrist brace anymore. Icing helped alot, takes down the inflamation.
