I made the avatar above,but i couldn't find any head/near head items that make the total less than 100 k!

Not sure if you'll like this one, it's kind of a big items and it hides some stuff...

You could also just use some teal hairpins...

The shower cap might even work, but again, not sure what you're looking for...

The tank top helps with teal on the top a bit and I found these things too

Blissy@I like the first one,but it kinda covers the ears and the pin.I've thought about the teal hairpins,but it covers the blue on the head.
Raz@I can afford the first and third,but i like the second.

Lol, yeah. I figured as much.
I didn't think to look at the prices, I assume if I have an item everyone should have it to. I love my masquerade and noels gift <333
