1. If you wish to sell something in here then you will need to list the item name, the generation if any, the price to start the auction and the date that the auction will be over. At that time the person who has bid the highest will win. Make sure you get this as if you put it on sale then it goes and if you do not complete the sale you go.
2. If you want a certain amount for the item and do not wish it to be auctioned off then state that in the beginning. If you do not state this as it is NOT an Auction and it is an out and out sale - then you could end up selling the item for less that what you wanted.
3. If you post it you better have it at the end of the sale. Do not come in here and try to rip off other members as it will not only get you banned from the Guild but you will also be turn into a moderator. It is plain wrong for you to try and screw someone else over especially in this guild.
4. Pay attention to your actions or your items for sale and let one of the mods know if you need the post removed. This is only for sale items and not for auction items. Once you start that auction - you better finish it.
5. If you are in here bidding on an item then do not bid if you do not have the money to do so. If you come back later after other people have bid after you and cancel your bid - your out. Either keep your word or do not bid. This causes people after you to pay more that what they could have for an item and I am sure if it was you that had to pay more you would be just as pissed. This is the only warning you will get for this. I have banned members before. If you buy it, bid on it or win it - pay for it. If I get a pm that you have not paid for the item. Your out - period. I do not want to hear it. If you do not have the money do not bid. Simple if you don't pay then you don't stay.
6. Once you win an auction contact the owner via pm and ask for a trade. Make sure that it is the item you bid on before you confirm the trade. I am not, nor is the guild, responsible if you get a different item due to your lack to make a proper trade.
