Nevada has never really been known as a place with palm trees and beaches though, with the exception of Lake Tahoe which is freezing cold most of the time. Also, we're not anywhere near Tahoe.
This is Death City, the peaceful metropolis of all things mystical and otherworldly. It's also the location of the famed Death Weapon Meister Academy. For some reason it's called Shibusen.
The city itself is enormous, despite being in the middle of absolute Nowheresville with only one road in and out. The only nature outside Death City is desert and that creepy, laughing sun that always seems to be staring specifically at you.
There are many, many buildings in Death City situated in a sort of mound, all with a distinctly European feel to them. It's easy to get lost here.
