Glowe held her head low as she toed as quietly as she could through the trees, her tail tucked between her legs, bright eyes shining through her dark fur. She was a spectacle to behold, a pitch black wolf with almost florescent markings over her legs and face. At times the darkness of her pelt kept her well hidden, but in others her bright markings would give her away against the muted colors of her surroundings, the deep earthy colors that she would never blend with. The femme licked her maw as her ears twitched listening for sound, something that would feed her. The berries she been scavenging had finally run dry, none left to be found wherever she looked, her stomach ached for the taste of blood and flesh, her mind finally driven to her last extent of pushing passed her fears to hunt out a living creature. A small flutter of movement caught the small wolf's eye and she turned to snap at it, her clumsy paw stumbling beneath her as she shot forward and finally, with a pounding heart and bruised nose the femme held a sickly hare in her jaws, it was only a little food, but it was something to sustain her for just a little longer nonetheless. Licking the blood from her maw she looked up through the barren trees toward the dark sky above, cursing her fears that so often held her back, and with a heavy sigh she lifted herself back up to her paws and pushed forward again, wandering in search of everything and yet nothing.

Exstacy was odd. His family had seemed to pass that down his bloodlines. He was a big male, standing as tall as his father Paranoia. He was close to his family, and he loved them dearly. He debated starting one of his own, now that he was old enough to be able to manage it. The wolf was not so sure yet, however, because life was exciting without the thought of pups at the moment.
His nose scented teh earth, and it lead him in circles as he sniffed out the hare. It had seemed to drop off around here, and he grew concerned about his scent. Unless something had gotten to it first, and then he wasnt so sure he wanted to be around here. Bears could be mean creatures..
He lifted his large head, andw agged his tail when he sniffed out the smell of a female.
He didn't get out much, so the little interaction he could get, he wanted it.
The ebony male lurched through the large bush, and lay on his belly, crawling through it with his paws.

The slight femme watched her paws tread the earth, one in front of the other, over and over in a pattern that never seemed to end. Her nose carefully scenting the wind at all times, but the wind did not blow in her favor, coming behind and bringing her the scents of what she had already set behind her, she smell of blood, fear and death. The very thought made her shiver. She hated hunting, smelling the fear in another being almost made her sick to her stomach and her heart race and shiver. Her tail, though still hanging low and limp between her hind legs swayed slightly at knowing she had made a successful catch without much more that a hurt nose, it could have gone so much worse and her stomach no longer ate away at her from the inside, voicing its own pain upon her. A small smile flickered over her lips, the hare though small has been good, straight down to the marrow of it's spindley bones. A strong gust blew up from behind the femme startling her and making her leap forward and tumble over her own paws and straight into a large bush.

He had tried to back away once he saw her jump, but it had been futile. The branches that he had crawled underneath held the wolf down, and he watched as she fell into him.

"Hey!" He cried out. He waited for her to move, before he could actually move forward and rid himself of the blasted bush.
Damn it, that had hurt. But he forgave her instantly, not the type to get upset.
If anything, he was more the wolf to run circles around you and talk your ear off before hurt you.

"Im sorry, I didnt mean to scare you." He whispered, his voice rather muted from the branches.

Glowe let out a pitious yelp as she felt the other beneath her and heard his exclaimation. She struggled to free herself from the bush desperately, only succeeding is scratching herself and finally tumbling out of the acursed thing her eyes clamped shut as she rubbed her paws dersperately at her eyes where the bush has scratched her, opening her watering eyes she say the blurred image of the large male nearby.
A quiet whimper escaped her, there was no chance of her running and getting away. "I'm so sorry, I'm such and idiot, I should have been watching better to where I was going." she whispered in her faint voice, her eye averting immediately, looking into anothers eyes could be a dangerous thing, raising the anger in them and that was certainly something she preferred to avoid at all costs. She could feel her skin crawling, she often avoided contact with other wolves as much as she could, her last encounter had been with a young pup and even he had scared her witless. Her ears laid back over her head and her tail tucked tighting against her thighs and she rolled slightly, showing her neck in submission.

He shook his head, and chuckled a little, his voice not deep like his largeness might suggest. He had a voice that was still that of a high schoolboy, it was something he thought he was likely always to have.
He cocked his head as he watched her show submission and wondered why she felt the need. He didnt carry himself taller than she did. He supposed his size had compelled her to doing so.

"Youre not an idiot, I was the one sneaking. Dont be so hard on yourself." He smiled, and looked at her with bemused eyes. The wings on his back rippling as if they could really take flight.

"My names Exstacy, but folks round here call me X."

She slowly righted herself, her eyes clearing slowly as his came into clear view, like her his pelt was pitch but his markings though nothign like hers resembled some of the same colors, her ears still laid back, her tail tucked to her side she didn't relax, her heart racing a million miles a moment. She sat herself up a little, feeling her legs protest against her, her mind screaming at her to run as far as coulf away from the male, he was male she could tell by his scent. A fairly good looking male at time, she had never thought of another wolf as attractive, but she figured with age came such thoughts as she was still a youth by all means.
She watched the wings on his back ripple in awe, her bright yellow eyes watching him carefully. She had never seen such markings on a wolf before, though she had never seen another with markings anything even similar to her own either.
Averting her eyes she licked her nose and rolled her name over him her mouth before finally whispering her own name. "M-my name is G-glowe..." she stuttered slightly, her voice so soft from the lack of use, one day she thought she would lose it completely is she never spoke, even to herself.

He thought her voice was beautiful, however small it was. His tail wagging when she spoke her name. He couldnt help but smile when her voice echoed in his ears.

Her voice matched her pelt, and he noted how beautiful she was physically as well. Maybe rather young, yet, but she was a dark ebony shade, with rave like markings along her face and ankles. She was different, and she was beautiful.

"Glowe, its a pleasure. Im sorry to have scared you. Do you live around here?"
He wagged his tail, and sat down to seem less threatening. His eyes were focused and ready, excited to learn more about her.

She looked up at him carefully and shook her head slightly in responce. "I have no home" she muttered looking away and shuffling her paws nervously, they were intching to run still, but the urge was dwindling faintly. "I wander from place to place." she shrugged slightly, still refusing to meet his eyes.
She heard her tail wagging and looked up enough to see it through the corner of her eye, the sight made the tip of hers shiver and begin to lightly tap the ground slightly. A small twitch at the corner of her mouth turned up at the male as she stole a glance at him. "You live here?" she asked carefully, he seemed like he meant no threat, but that didn't mean he wasn't trying to gain her trust and then turn on her. Her mind twitsed the scenerio, but she pushed it away, she could bolt if need be, and despite her small size she was relatively fast.

He nodded, as he was part of one of the bigger packs in the lands. But he didnt want to tell her that, not yet. He might scare her off! But he knew he had to, and he stammered a bit.
"Yeah I do. I live in Agua Azul, Cliffside pack."
He smiled, and looked at her tail wag, and met it with one of his own that was much stronger than her reluctant one.

"Its a shame you dont have a home.. You should. You should have someone that takes care of you, or at least accompanies you as a friend."
He nodded.

She tilted her head slightly. She knew nothing of the packs in Telk, she had edged their borders, keeping out of the way of them all, toeing the thin lines between them for some time. But she had never been as far as the ocean and the cliffs, so the area was nothing more than something she could only imagine in her mind. She knew what lakes and ponds where, but the ocean was an idea that she couldn't begin to fathom in the slightest, the emmensity of so much water, stretching out farther than the eye could see into nothingness.
Her tail's gittery tapping strengthened a little, spreading slowly up her tail.
"No, I-i do quite fine on my own." she shivered all over at the idea of being surrounded by others, staring at her, around her. The thought made her paws begin to itch again, he may have been used to being surrounded by other wolves but she had been alone as long as she could remember and had grown too used to the solitude. Though from time to time she would dream of another being with her, but it was nothing more than a mere fantasy. "I-i have b-been alone as l-long as I c-can rem-meber." she shook head head, hard until her ears loosed themself from her head flapping slightly aginst her face.

He guessed he didnt know what it was like to grow up without anyone, but he still supposed he would want to have someone around. He smiled, and nodded, his eyes gleaming a little each time she spoke.
"Its a shame, still."
He replied, and looked at her with a c**k of his head.
He respected that seh could survive on her own, and it was a brave thing indeed to be able to do.

"Ive grown up surrounded by wolves. I apologize. I'll be you friend."
He said, wagging his tail.

She peeked a look at hte male again, the grin clear on his face, making her mouth twitch again and a little more this time. With every passing moment she was slowly growing a slight bit of calm being around the male, though her nerves still protested and her mind raced, ready to turn tail at any moment, her heart had begun to slow and hold a steady, relaxed beat. "I'm used t-to it." she shook her head closing her eyes. She barely even had memories of her puppihood and one faint memory of her with her family, but it was faded and broken, like a trying to remember a dream that was slipping away through her paws.
At his words Glowe looked him in the face fully for the first time and blinked furiously, unable to comprehend his words properly at first. A friend, her friend, him? "M-my...friend?" she voiced it alound, tasting it on her tongue, it almost bit at her, but she liked it, a friend, her friend.

"You do know what those are dontcha?" He asked with a chuckle. He had never known someone would be slightly taken aback by the term friends. Though she seemed open to it the more she thought about it.

"I want to be your friend Glowe. I can be someone you can talk to when ya want. But that means I get to talk to you to. Ya wanna be my friend Glowe?"
He asked with a warm smile.

"No..." she shook her head slightly. She had a faint idea but the full idea escaped her grasp. It almost seemed daunting, but at the same time it sent a flutter of excitement through her like a strike of electric trhough her, her bright eyes fully wating the male again as she tilted her hear, ears pushed forward slightly. Only one pay now still gripping the ground edging it's slight slowly deeper an deeper into a small hole it was making for itself.
Talking to one another, she rarely spoke to begin with, but now that she thought about it, this was probably the most she had spoken aloud in as long as she could truly remember, possibly the most in her entire life thus far. It was almost like a revelation of sorts, but the idea of listening to the male voice again was tempting, and she, she could make her voice stronger, maybe get over her fears slowly, bit by bit speaking with Exstacy. She nodded her head slightly. "Yes....I-i would like th-that." she said finally, her tail hitting the ground a little harder and a small smile spreading over her maw as she looked away from the male.

Exstacy wagged his tail happily, and he stood up, giving her a gentle nuzzle as he backed up and looked at her fondly.
"I have to be off, gotta report home for the night. But .. would you like to come with me?"
She was free to say no, he would just return tomorrow, but the offer was open to her just the same.

Glowe flattened her ears again, debating over the idea, so many wolves, eyes, tails, smells, teeth, claws. The thought scared her to death, but the male seemed so warm and kind, he gave her a sense of calm that was only continuing to spread through her more and more, finally she nodded faintly. "Y-yes. I shall c-come too." she whispered as she stood shakily her tail clenched beneath her again with fear. She had to face her fears one way or another. Even if that meant putting herself right in the middle of something that could possible end her if she made so much as a wrong breathe. Be she obediently folloed Exstacy, her head low and heart racing, but a small part of her felt safe, as long as she was with him.
