I didn't see another thread about this...
Anyways, what exactly is "ping"? I just recently started playing the PC version, b/c my PS3 will be no where near me for the next 7 months. crying If you have any information that would help a PC Noob that would be great!! I already know about the achievements and etc.

Ping's the numerical amount that represents how well your connection is to the server (More or Less)

what the guy above just said.
to make it simple
the higher the number, the slower your pc will go( aka lag)
and the lower it is, the faster you will be.

Ping is the time it takes (in milliseconds) for your computer to "talk" and respond to the game server. A ping lower than 100 is ideal.

The lower the ping the better.
Now with your FPS (Which I think Slaps might be thinking of) the higher the better. Frames Per Second, so the higher fps the less laggy it looks.
