They look quite good overall, aside from some little things.
The eyes on that Naruto character of yours look off... like, not on the right angle. The hand that goes off the page looks very gibbled.
The chibis could use some fine-tuning.
The elf girl's butt could be maybe be a bit lower. The lines for her fingers (within her existing hand) should be longer (i.e. the fingers should be longer, but not like, extending them out longer). Her forearms are kinda wobbly.
The hair could use better detail for that katana girl. The thumb looks awkward, her fingers seem to be missing the final joint... Is she cutting her hair? It would be weird to draw a sword like that otherwise. The katana's guard lacks detail and the piece that goes on top of it isn't there (look at a picture of a katana to see it). The writing on the scabbard doesn't quite look like Japanese... The first character almost looks like the kanji for "heaven" (天); the second one doesn't resemble any kanji I've seen.
The necklaces look nice; are those still life drawings? Last two pictures are also good.

Whoa, you are so much better off drawing REAL people. Manga is fun but you have to have a certain talent to draw real that awesome.
