oh, about that, while it would be a good idea, guild affiliations would not be needed yet, this guild is a bit wee small, and we constantly change chracters to fit each RP... but i do think creating an subforum to put the RP specific profiles into, to advoid page streching

you could have the crew do differnt jobs like i have mine doing in my guild. matsuri michiyoku here are the jobs that you can do in this guild. but you must do your job or you will be fired from it. Form Moderaters: Jarret91 & Baldeslayer briggs Recruters: (yes there can be more then one but no more then 4): clayman0302 Announcements: Matsuri michiyoku Treasury: (more maybe added later) what each job ( crew) is reqired to do inorder to keep there job. form moderater: to keep the forms under contol and free of argument. to make sure each topic is in the right place ( that means moving them to the right area if there not). and to make sure if people post in the rp form they have there charatcer posted. recruter: recrute people to the guild ( atlest 6 week or more) announcements: Post udates on the guild and maybe more. treasury: make sure we don't over spend in the guilds bank, keeps track of the guilds money.

How about adding more diversity in the RPs. I've noticed that most of these RPs are Human/Neko based. Why not add...Animal based RPs or other RPs that mix them so people can roleplay as Humans and/or an animal.
