A floor so unfinished that the elevator doesn't go here yet. To get here you have to use the 28th floors fire escape, or crawl up from one of the holes in the floor.

This floor here is a marvel of my bad planning. Wanting to put my money in something more useful than another floor of offices, the construction on floor 29 has been ceased for now. This leaves you with a floor that's almost an open space, there's a few walls that went up to support weight but that was about it. Offices are not defined, and there's still a fe scattered crates piled up.

Word of warning, they never finished some sections of the floor. So be careful or you'll become reacquainted with floor 28.
