A unfinished floor accessible through the main elevator and the fire escape of the 27th floor.

Interestingly enough there's an even less finished floor above it. For the more extreme smokers that can still climb two flights of fire escape stairs. A more industrious person could probably get up through an unfinished patch in the ceiling.

Set up almost identical in floor plan to the floor below it, some day it will house rows of paper pushers as well. For now, the offices contain construction tools, drywall panels, more multipurpose A~E crates and a collection of cigarette butts. The offices are empty, some don't even have doors installed yet. There's a few sections of glass panelling not installed yet for outside windows. Since these are bigass windows this brings a a whole new level to "open air."
