On the computer?
There's a little button on the keyboard called "Print Screen", often abbreviated as "Print Scr" or the like.
You hit that button and it is temporarily saved, similar to copying a picture.
You then paste it somewhere, like in Microsoft Paint or something. Your screenshot should be there.

Unless you got a Mac, you should have MSPaint, or Paint, and every keyboard should have the Print Screen/Print Scr/Prt Scr button on it. I believe it's always over SysRq.

If you have vista , click the windows logo, search "snipping tool" and I'm sure you can figure it out from there (:
