I think ESP guitars are just the s**t out there. They blow the socks off all other similar priced guitars. They make Jacksons and Ibanez feel clumsy and slow.

I do agree. I play an ESP/LTD guitar. The neck is more comfortable than Jackson and Ibanez and I can't help but like the EMG pick-ups. Although I don't play metal anymore so now I'm looking into Schecter guitars with Seymour Duncan pick-ups.

Shecters do make some sweet guitars, and you can't go wrong with seymour duncans. nice choice.

Thanx. I would stay with ESP, but they don't make lefties with Seymour Duncans.

LTD the lower priced ESP brand? Or the ACTUAL ESP brand? I would LOVE to get my hands on one of the ESP F-series... absolutely love it. That is one of my dream guitars.

As well as the Crying Star... made by ESP as well ;]

Honestly though, I've never played an ESP. But I did play Alexi Laiho's custom LTD, and, honestly, I wasn't impressed by it. But I also don't like how he doesn't have a neck pickup. I didn't like the tone very much, and the neck was uncomfortable... and I play sitting down so it wasn't very conducive to that. I have to go and give one of the F-series' a try!

I have an ESP F-50 that I got pretty cheap and that guitar is great, but in order to make it like the f-250 or whatever the highest quality one is I need to add EMG 81/85 pickups to it which is actually cheaper. The F series is great though, you should love it. It is made for harder music, mostly because of its hardcore design.
