I don't really know where to start with this. My (former?) best friend's name is Dominic. We used to be so close. I'm talking doing everything together. Sports, Video Games, Music, everything. We even started a little band in 8th Grade called Twisted Fate. heart
>>Fast Forward to Sophmore Year in High School. I think I saw him once over the summer. When we get to school, I approach him and say hi, but he ignores me. It's been like this for the past few months. He's even told me flat-out that I wasn't his best friend anymore. We went to private school, and he decided he wanted to go to a different High School than the rest of my friends. Being the a*****e I am, I decided to go with him instead. I was wrong, I guess. He dropped out of sports to play with his new band. His bandmates are bullies who harass me constantly for no reason whatsoever. I feel alone. None of my other friends can fill the void. The only time he wanted to chill with me at all since Freshman Year (which he scarcely talked to me in as well) was at a Drum Fight, which he needed to sell tickets for to enter. So technically, he only wanted my money. My uncle recently died, and he was nice to me for a day. The next day, he went back to ignoring me again.
I miss my best friend. What can I do to fix this again?

Well first talk to him about it. Nothing ever gets solved if you just walk away. If he just flat out say we are no longer friends leave me alone. Then just accept it, invite more friends over to your house play video games, start a band, not everybody can stay friends forever, people move, people change, the most important thing is to move on and get a girlfriend that you truly love. Best wishes for you and your friend

I agree with the moving on and making new friends.
@Screamo: Losing friends is hard, but that's life. People grow up and they change. You can't force a friendship onto someone that's not interested.
