A few things to keep in mind:
1. Please be patient. Re-certs are not a colorist's top priority.
2. You must have an uncert for a re-cert. You can request one here. Please note that not all colorists have every uncert they've ever made.
3. If you are requesting a re-cert and there is no error on your cert, there is a small fee of 1k, 3.5k if you want it customized.
