 Welcome, one and all, to the guild's Valentine specials...POLLVOLUTION'S {{ VALENTINE TEKTEK AND AVATAR }} CONTESTS ♥ !●●●That's right, people. It's a double contest! And it's Valentine-themed~
(Even if it's still mid-January while I'm setting up this thread :'D)There are two separate categories for this contest.
One is the tektek round, allowing everyone to dream, design, and create an avatar without any limitations. You can go wild! :'D
The other is the avatar round. Instead of creating an avatar as you did with the tektek contest, you must dress up your own avi. This means that you must not only rely on your creativity, but also on the bounds of your inventory and gold.
But don't be discouraged - it's the thought that counts. Not even the sky's the limit when it comes to your own creativity :]
IMPORTANT NOTE
Hmm. Prizes will be a troubling financial issue :'D Donations would be gladly welcome. Remember - the more you donate, the better the prizes will be :]

●●●{{ THE TEKTEK CONTEST }}●●●Just your typical Valentine-themed tektek contest.GO VOTE.1. You go to tektek.org.
2. You create a Valentine-themed tektek.
3. You must attach a title to your tektek. Make it quirky, make it touching, make it sweet, make it plain - whatever. But you got to have one. Your submission will not be officially entered unless you have a title. Descriptions are optional, but they could give your tektek that extra edge over the others.
4. You PM your submission to IvyStarling. You clearly specify for which category (tektek or avatar) the entry is for.
5. You are allowed to enter up to two tekteks.
6. You are allowed to send edits of your submission of your tektek, so long as they are all in before the deadline.
7. The deadline for all submissions is February 14, 2010 - also known as Valentine's Day.
8. An anonymous poll will be put into place, with all of the entries' titles as the poll options (why you need a title). Voting will begin on February 15 and end on February 20.
9. Winners and prizes will be announced on February 21.
10. There will be prizes for first, second, and third places. But trust me, there will be a vast difference between the first place prize and the other prizes. So you want to win first q:

Well now >< I hate to beg and nag on others for their hard-earned gold for prize funds DDD:
But this contest is more like a double-contest. Which means that we will need double the prizes. Double the prizes means double the gold amount. And if we are going to get any kind of decent prizes, we need gold :'D
It'd be nice if everyone pitched in just a little ^^ I will too, of course~ Then we'll be able to manage :]
And - I had an idea. My mule is hardly ever used and has just about 0 gold on its account. Perhaps we could all send over our gold to that account? Because then that gold for sure won't be mixed up with Ivy's gold, and it ensures that it will only go towards getting better prizes :]
