Is it the Wish Tree Visions quest? If it is, basically it gives you "hints" as to certain landmarks in areas in zOMG! that you'll probably stumble across as you progress through the storyline.
For example, if I remember correctly, the first one you'll be able to encounter is in the Old Aqueduct area, but that's still kind of far off for you. If you need more help/have other questions about zOMG!, just send me a PM. ^_^
