Okay... no more captions will be accepted.
As the poll shows, we'll divide all the captions (27 of them) into 3 groups. Voting for each group will be done over 3 days. We'll then vote on the top 2 of each group.
Time to vote for the first group! biggrin

The "fish heads" one... where have I heard that before? I can't seem to place it, but it made me laugh uproariously and I KNOW I've heard it before.

killer_purple_froggy The "fish heads" one... where have I heard that before? I can't seem to place it, but it made me laugh uproariously and I KNOW I've heard it before. It is actually a goofy song. Here is the link and the background on it ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTpUVAcvWfUEat them up! Yum! This video was named as one of the top 100 videos of all time by Rolling Stone magazine. "Fish Heads," by the duo of Art and Artie Barnes (a.k.a. Robert Haimer and Bill Mumy). Bill Paxton directed and co-starred in the video.
Yes, that's former child actor Billy Mumy, who played Will Robinson in "Lost In Space," not to mention his numerous appearances on the "Twilight Zone". (1979)

I remember it from the Dr. Demento Show when I lived in S. California, when I was in Jr. High.

I remember it from the Dr. Demento Show when I lived in S. California, when I was in Jr. High.In that case, I've probably heard my Dad singing it. Apparently he loved that show. He also sings one about dead puppies. And one about short people--but I'm not sure that one's from there.

The Short People one is Randy Newman. He's the one who did the songs for Monsters, Inc. He's my cousin's cousin, actually. He was talking about his family...as none of us/them are tall. lol. Dead Puppies is from Dr. Demento. hahahahaha. Ask him if he remembers Existential Blues. It's the one about the big green glow-in-the dark mansion on the hill, and a witch on hoover vacuum cleaner cleaner yelling "I'll get you my pretty! Your little dog Toto too" It's hilariously not about the Wizard of Oz.
