Try running 3 to 4 times this week. I bet you could easily lose the last 2 to 3 pounds if you run and walk timed intervals for 30 minutes. Or u can do jumping jacks or jump rope for 30 mins 3 times this week. Any kind of cardio will help you easily lose weight.

Oh I know. i just haven't gotten myself motivated enough to go run around. I did swim for a while the other day though.

Breakfast- toast buttered, apple sauce
Lunch- popcorn, devilled eggs
Snacks- miso soup, popsicle, snack plate
Dinner-
Calories- 475
Exercise-
Days left- 10 I think
Notes- Plans with Caleb are getting complicated. I may not be able to visit him because his dad has been getting really angry with him over little things lately and he's in trouble, etc. He might be able to come visit me instead, whioch would be just fine except I don't think he has enough money for a hotel for even just 3 nights. *wrinkles face* I dunno what's gonna happen so I might not get to see him for my birthday after all. gonk
So I'm super stressed about that. Although I weighed myself this morning and was relieved to see I'm still at 102, despite the stress induced pigging out I've been doing. Right now I'm mostly just trying to maintain that weight because honestly, I'm not gonna push myself hard to lose any more weight so quickly if there's such a big chance I might not even see him by then.
