Name: Ephimer Raukora Dahark Panic Lracrena Kraistiana Letum Eirmehz Genesis Sanguine Lamort Lamentation Sicarius

Alias: E, Cheshire

Symptoms: Homicidal thoughts and actions, Cannibalism, Congenital Analgia, Insomnia.

Previous Doctors Diagnosis: 'Ephimer seems to have feral actions making him walk on all fours and react to things much like a feline. His mind seems to be broken possibly due to some traumatic event in his past, this causes him to speak in riddles or to say fragments of things he was thinking at the moment. Ephimer has been known to be randomly violent so caution must be used when meeting with him. The following is a list of things known to prevent aggressive actions:

1: Do not wear shiny objects or anything metal or metallic. The smell of iron reminds him of blood and can cause him to grow silent. The silence is usually followed by unexpected acts such as hissing or growling. Any metallic substance awakens his feral nature even more than normal.

2: Be sure to leave any and ALL sharp objects behind when you enter his cell. Pens, Pencils, even crayons can be lethal weapons if he gets a hold of them. It is recommended to tape all sessions instead of taking notes. Describing his actions with words seems to calm him.

3: Speak like you would to a normal person. If Ephimer senses he is being treated strangely he will not speak to you.

4: Never make eye contact. If this does happen, stand and leave immediately without looking away and leave ALL things you carried in with you there.

5: Do not raise your voice.

6: Do not make sudden movements or noises.

7: Do not play music.

8: No matter what, do not loosen his chains or remove his anti-bite mask.

9: Do not stop him from smoking.

10: NEVER LET HIM MAKE PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH THE PATIENT # 2193

Ephimer can be dangerous, yet if his needs are respected he is harmless. One final thing to be noted is his hatred for the light. His eyes are very sensitive so the lights must always be off, if removed from his cell he must wear a blindfold.'
