After numerous outbursts caused by Stormriders, the Wind G-Men were determined to double their efforts in catching these delinquents. They would occasionally apprehend beginners, or just the unlucky ones, but they wanted to find a way to catch the big fish. So they executed a secret operation, and two years later, they went public. The Air Trek Police, or ATP; A sub-division of the Wind G-Men. They picked the relatively young officers and took in fresh recruits, training them in the police form of Air Trekking. Just like Stormriders, these officers can range anywhere from beginners to masters. To match Kings, the ATP developed, what they call, the Knights. These are some of the strongest enforcers of the ATP. The Knights’ philosophy is: “A King is never greater than the Knight who defends the kingdom.”

The ATP only go after storm riders who are caught in the act defying the law. These laws include no racing, no fighting, no fast riding, no disrupting the peace, and no vandalizing.

ATP get 100% word bonus if they successfully capture a storm rider. If they fail, they only get a 25% bonus.

Please refer to the jail system here.

ATP have Ranks of authority and power instead of just rider ranks like normal storm riders.

These ranks are what ATP riders use to see who is in charge and who they are above. The ranks also have 'perks' ,which include authority/clearance levels, and these 'perks' are what sets them apart from normal ATP soldiers.

When one becomes a ranked officer, they are automatically qualified as a Knight, no matter how high or low their rank is.

Some ranks can have more than one person holding it and other ranks can only have a certain number of people holding it.

Authority/Clearance levels are the levels one has when having a certain rank. The higher the level, the higher authority one has over another. The highest level is five, the lowest level is 0. Everyone starts off with an authority/clearance level of 0 which is when they are not ranked officers. Once upgrading to become a ranked officer. The first rank is the only rank that requires actual storm rider ranking and the rest requires officer ranks and a certain amount of skill points.

When ranking up, an officer can keep the perks from all the ranks that they were before their current rank along with the perks of their current rank.
