Do the Jewish people follow all aspects and requirements as stated in the Law of Moses, including the animal sacrifices for sin atonement and what not? Or were those even part of the commandments given to the Jews?

Animal Sacrifice makes up a HUGE chunck of Jewish Law. But we haven't done that in almost 2,000 years, because we haven't had a Temple since the Romans destroyed the Second Temple in the year 70 C.E.

I see. What do you do in place of the animal sacrifices now? And do you plan on building another temple?

Prayer. Verbal Sacrifice instead of Animal Sacrifice. That's where that comes from.
And as cool as a Third Temple would be... No. There hasn't been one for almost 2,000 years. Since Yochanan Ben Zakkai's Yeshiva at Yavneh in 69 C.E., the Jewish people has evolved past the Temple and into Synagogues.
