Us clarinets thought we were doomed in Gustav holst's Second Suite in f(or first, can't remember)
Actually, it is pretty easy, and fun. So don't panic. it is probably a lot easier then you think

Trombones + "Songs of Sailor and Sea" = OUCH. Seriously. That unison triplet part through the band? That's HARD on trombone.

So don't panic. it is probably a lot easier then you think Ohhh, that song... xd We played that last year. I don't remember any part being too hard, but we had to play it over and over, and it didn't help that each melody in each movement just repeated over and over. xd It's fun to play when you don't hear it all the time.
But seriously, the piece in our winter concert that all the woodwinds freaked out over was Exultate...lots and lots of runs. They would be a lot easier if I'd been playing oboe longer. xd

At first me and this other girl thought we were gonna die in In All Its Glory, but it turned out to be easy (we play french horn).
