This arguement is very hard to discover a winner based off of how it went down and then character standards and the like, I would like to point out that with several of my characters I would lightly attack or appear threatening to people I did not know if My character could trust especially shinobi. So really lots of thins sit on this, I will make the half serious joke, if ones character did it because he was jumpy then It might be justifyable. but I'm just gonna point out, I'm not checking out this argument and Move it into a different discussion thread please, I may not be a higher mod but I do think I can tell ya'll to drop the "Arguement" in here and ove it somewhere appropriate an maybe out of site, how do you think new members will feel when one of the first things they read as its been so active is us at each others throats on the wrong thread.
So sorry to say, MOVE this conversation to the Discussion thread all of you ^^ Or a more appropriate thread like the Mod based Shinobi Court or something.

The Otokage is basically highest form representation of the Sound Village. His actions are pretty munch your actions. When he attacks shinobi from a village, all shinobi must be ready to go to war. So you might wanna blame your Otokage there. You say it isn't Junan and Xzaro's fault for what he did, but Xzaro attacked the Agnikage because of Xaoh's retaliation. He even attacked his own man Junan, the Otokage, and even the Hokage. This wasn't self defense because the Agnikage and Hokage didn't attack him first. Self defense is attacking the one who attacked you. But instead he attacked all three kages even the ones who weren't attacking. This is why Xzaro earned himself the title of international criminal. Even if he did attack the kage he would still receive it because he attacked the Hokage who also didn't attack. Junan and Xzaro were clearly a duo together so it's obvious Junan would be labeled as a international criminal for assisting one.

So the way I see it, I am enemies of Oto and maybe the Leaf. But, I was defending myself from the Flame since they attacked me first and not the other way around, so they are either my enemies if I choose to or they are my allies if I forgive them. Anyways, like onaruto and prince said, this topic is for custom villages and it be best if everyone made a topic to discuss who is enemies of who, and wether my village would be beneficial to the story IN A SEPERATE TOPIC each."

I don't really know what village to roleplay in but I want to make two characters. One a villain, and the other to help fill up a village. The village hiddein in the shadows sounds cool so ill join that one, the other one idk. which village needs the most people?

Ajara Seru Also about your condition Xzaro. Asking people to join this guild then giving us a condition that if we want them into the guild we have to let you tell them about the Shadow Village. There is a problem with that. What if the Shadow VIllage doesn't get accepted. What if like i told you earlier we plan to wait to add in extra custom villages. If Tsumuro comes and says that he doesn't want Custom villages untl late then you have to accept it. If ur condition is the only way to get your friends into the guild then it seems like your trying to blackmail us with them. Ill tell you this that isn't right. Yea you might have 3 genin and one high level shinobi but, at the same time you have to realize villages aren't just things you can create anytime you feel like it. We have about 10 or 11 villages already. most of these villages need members. I have a condition for you. You bring your friends into the guild and then get them to join and fill up other villages first. Then once Tsumuro looks at everything and if the Village gets accept you can tell them about it. Also they can't join the Shadow Village once its get 13 members. When the Shadow village gets 13 members it will be closed down and won't be able to accept anymore people to join it until the other villages are either half way filled or filled.

"Okay I was reading over the posts in the Kage meeting thing and the mention of a Shadow village caught my attention. Here is the original info I wrote about Kagegakure if for some reason the mods are trying to bring my village into RP. Kagegakure is rumored to be the birthplace of the bijuus so that could be the reason the bijuus have attacked if the blame goes to Xzaro or something. Reading over however, I noticed something about a relation between Agnigakure and Kagegakure. I hope they don't take a major part in the village's start or finish cause that would suck. Also this talk about the Kagekage, Xzaro's dad was the first Kagekage so it would be messed up if you changed something like that. The mods should be discussing the village's role in RP with me if they are going to bring it into RP since I was the one who suggested it. If you steal the villages name from me and invent something completely different then that's just rude and unoriginal."

I didn't even realize that Kagegakure was for "villians". The whole shadow thing helped me devise a clan. (Still waiting for it to be looked at. Please have a look everyone. smile ) If I have to make an additional character as a requirement that's fine but, yeah I'm in.

@Zeke: hey there! Haven't seen ya in a bit. That works for me. I just made a clan and thought it fit in that village most. I can use it anywhere technically, I just need an approval.

@Geneisis: yea i know ill see if one of the mods will look at your clan then maybe you can join the shadow. my character Soma is kage of the shadow village.
