It was amazing, how fast the dragonets were growing. Especially the golds and bronzes! Lofrewth was growing to, to be sure, just...not nearly as fast. K'ae fancied no idea that Lofrewth would ever be a large dragon, truth be told she was small, even for a green, but that was fine. Bigger wasn't necessarily better, and K'ae had high hopes for her green. Being smaller would make her more acrobatic in the air, and both pined for the day when they could take to the air together, but that was still a ways off.
However, they were doing the next best thing. Lofrewth was small but nimble, and proved to be a fairly adept climber. She could scramble up the cliffside, and practice gliding from some of the ledges. That was fun, and good exercise, and was precisely what the pair was doing now. The sunlight was waning, but K'ae stood on one of the lower ledges, cheering Lofrewth on each time her dragon climbed up, and leapt off. They had practiced often, and the exercise was beginning to feel a bit monotonous. They weren't allowed to fly together, as Lofrewth wasn't strong enough yet, but surely there was something more interesting they could do?

"Go for it Lofrewth," K'ae encouraged. "Just be careful, if you hurt yourself, the Weyrling Master will have my head," she laughed, but there was a bit of serious to her remark.
