Prolly more, just can't think of any besides those.
EDIT: Oh, and both the KOTOR games... except I hated the endings for the 2nd one, absolutely blew total goats.

You should take a look at what obsidian was planning for the ending, now that would have been an awesome ending. Except lucasarts got a little testy and decided to make their development cycle a mere 9 months.
