Biography:Tenrai was found to be a candidate for the 11th Division at a young age. He trained relentlessly and fought daily to get stronger. His view of the world is that only the strong become Justice while the weak are treated as Evil. As he got older he talked less, and let his blade do the talking. He speaks strong man language, which means getting more then three words from him is rare. Talk is cheap, actions gain more satisfaction.
Zanpakuto Information
Sealed:Murusame Raiga (Liger) - Passing Shower Liger (no-name)
In it's sealed form it looks like a Modified Katana. A very simple looking blade with a black hilt, even looks light weight from the size and shape,and seems to have a jagged cutting edge near the base.

The Zanpakuto is of the wind element and looks like it is a type of Chinese great sword. By sliding his index and pointer fingers and evoking the blade. After which a savage roar is unleashed as scarlet spiritual energy erupts. The blade looks covered in scarlet tiger stripes down to the hilt, which has a Lion's head at the base. The true blade is shaped like a huge fang that covers an additional 48 inches of the actual blade though is jagged and designed to leave scars. Making it more a b*****d sword versus a Katana.(Achieved)
Shikai Abilities
Tornado Claw: A Simple release ability, by swinging Raiga by filling it with wind and spiritual energy, after three strikes the blade gains a energy wind around it. Honing it's edge into a blade that could pierce the sky. It gains a strong protective coating of spiritual energy and winds. During the third strike, an wave of spiritual energy and the strong winds gathered can be optionally released. Taking the form of a claw striking through the atmosphere . If released the wave strikes with high enough cutting power that is hard to stop even for Shinigami the same rank. Making possible for close and long range attacks without losing power. The blade glistens red from making these attacks.
Roar of the King:The more damage Tenrai takes, the angrier Raiga becomes. The stripes on the blade start to increase the effectiveness of his attacks. Feeding him information while being used to attack or defend. This provides a huge boost in the speed for Tenrai's attacks making them more deadly and accurate then normal. This boost lasts the number of posts equal to his Reiatsu + Power divided by Stamina (rounded down).
Storm Howls: By fusing his spirit energy with the wind that naturally occurs. Focusing it into a blast of sound breaking,soul tearing energy. This is caused by Hayate Raiga's design, to slice through the winds like a pair of fangs. Through this attack, and ear splitting, and skin slicing shock wave capable of slicing hollows in half is created, can be optionally stored into the Zanpakuto before releasing it inside an object ripping it apart with savage howl. This is both a projectile move or a close range move. The more power Tenrai uses the stronger the howl released.
Sovereign's Proof: This ability allows Tenrai to tap into the abilities of Raiga. By working together with his Zanpakuto he becomes even more formidable.Giving him a increase in Agility and overall Toughness. When released he gains these increases, until it is back in its sealed form again. This ability is optional, this ability does not work if Zanpakuto is broken.
Power:+15 , Speed: +15, Reiatsu: -10 Stamina: -5. In Bankai this increases to Power:+25 , Speed:+25, Reiatsu:-5 , Stamina:+10.

The sword becomes a combat knife, with a tiger stripe color scheme and a lion's head at the base. While a gigantic Liger made from blades, and wind appears to be standing over him. The blade itself no longer exists and has manifested into the Liger made out of swords and winds. Using Tenrai's fighitng spirit to fuel it's actions. In this state Mugen Raiga is even harder to destroy or if destroyed can possibly reform (Takes a lot of energy), and moves at speed,Tenrai can swing him. Meaning based on Tenrai's power is how fast this Mugen Raiga can move. A slash from his claws will cause gale force winds to howl, and cleave the heavens in two or so it is said. He abilities from the shikai can be used and are intensified.
Bankai Abilities
Gale Roar: Mugen Raiga moves quickly and efficiently, respond to the level of intensity from Tenrai's slashes. The harder or more effort he puts into it, the stronger the winds created. Easily Capable of creating a level 5 Hurricane if done correctly. These winds have the cutting potential of a seemingly "infinite" number of blades, so it's like being tossed into a blender. Mainly used to combat distance if the gap can't be closed with it's new extreme speed.
Harmonious Winds: Mugen Raiga stands it's ground while Ken-Ten using his's new found power to increase his own defense with a wind like barrier. Really this is the combined spiritual pressure they give off making it hard to break through. If held for long enough they are allowed to counter blow with twice the damage they sustained.
