Ami bit down on the shiny metal, trying to pull it off of her paw. She whimpered pitifully when it wouldn't budge. She startefd digging into the dirt by the chain and spike, trying to loosen the dirt to get free. She could smell Leon coming, and so she worked faster. When the chain came up from the ground, she ran as fast as she could, the trap still around her paw. She left a trail of her own blood behind her.

Leon saw the blood and growled. He dashed off after her and caught up. "STOP! I'LL HELP YOU!" He barked at her trying to get her to sotp.

"Get away from me!" Ami growled back, the fur on the back of her neck rising aggressivly. Her silver eyes flashed back at him, but she didn't stop running as fast as she could with the bear trap around her leg.

Leon growled and pushed himself harder. He jumped and managed to tackle her. Before she coudl run he shifted human and quickly unclamped the beartrap from around her leg.

As soon as Leon tackled her, Ami stopped moving. Even when she could have kept going. She juat laid on the floor, looking pitiful, with blood running down her ankle to the ground.

Leon looked down at her. HIs heart was broken. "What...happened...why do you hate me.." He took a step back.

The silver wolf revealed nothing, simply looking up at Leon resentfully. She laid her head back on the ground and simply stared off into the forest, still not moving.

Leon whimpered. "Please..talk to me.. do you wnt me to leave?" He frowned, what did he do wrong?

"You wouldn't listen to me, and you gave me a concussion because you wouldn't listen to me." Ami growled, squirming out from under him. She shook out her fur again and turned human to make moving easier. She then began to walk away, towards New York.
