The issues I've had with people are resolved, which is why I joined again, anyways, I don't want to seem arrogant, but I'd like to apply, so just tell me what to do and it will be done. (Though, I didn't see any application or anything so I really don't know what procedures Bleach 12 uses in selecting captains) o.o
