Yellowish color below the belt/under the shorts.

I think gold or yellow tribal tattoos would give you a few pixels of gold/yellow there. It might be enough?

And how often I change my avatar depends on my mood and whether or not I like the result of the first change. Sometimes I'll change once every few hours, other times I'll keep the avatar for a few days or a week. It's rare that I go a full month without changing, though.
