This isn't so anime, but it's my own personal style. I get so fed up with trying to get the digital inking right that I just didn't bother with it. It was drawn with a pencil and paper and colored in photoshop.

I love this style of yours. It really is better to just let a style go, without really thinking if people will like it or not. Chances are, if you love your artwork, people will love it too. Confidence is contagious!
The only thing I'll say is be careful with your head anatomy. No matter how much you stylize, certain proportional rules are still applied. In this case, the placement of the eyes. The eyes are almost always in the half-way point of the whole head, therefore, she should have more of a forehead. The nose is a bit too close for comfort to her lips, I suggest raising it slightly to allow for a nose bridge. Even if you aren't going to draw a nose bridge, it's still better to suggest she has one at all.
