Disabilities
Level one:
Deaf 1 ear - Can no longer hear in one ear.
Mute - Limited speaking ability, could be complete loss to minor stutters and/or confusion.
Blind 1 eye - Can no longer see in one eye.
Insanity - [Minor] This is a minor case of insanity, meaning they are scarred from their experiences here. This can be anything from horrible depression to being convinced they are something that they aren't.
Hallucinations [Minor] - Anything from floating objects to shadows in the corners.
Deaf 2 ears - Limited or no sense of hearing in both ears.
Blind 2 eyes - Limited or no sense of sight in both eyes.
Memory loss - Unable to keep information for a long amount of time...could be names, places, etc.
Loss of feeling of pain - Limited feeling of pain in their body or certain areas of their body. Meaning if they get stabbed in that area they wont feel the pain.
Hypersensitivity to touch - Minor heightened sense of touch, meaning if something is warm it feels hot to them, and can possibly burn them because of it
Level two:
Insanity - [Major] Major case of insanity. Prone to huge outbursts of rage
Hallucinations [Minor] - Anything from floating objects to shadows in the corners.
Memory loss [Minor] - Unable to keep information for a long amount of time...could be names, places, etc.
Loss of feeling of pain - Limited feeling of pain in their body or certain areas of their body. Meaning if they get stabbed in that area they wont feel the pain.

Level three:
Amnesia - Loss of memory from days to months, maybe even years. This includes friends, family, places, who you are and more.
Insanity - Madness anywhere from extreme mood swings to violent outbursts. Insomnia, paranoia and other such things can come from this.
Extreme aggression - Bouts of rage and hatred for no reason.
Paranoia - Feeling of people watching you, following you, that you're never alone. It also stems off of situations that you find yourself feeling unsafe or others around you being in danger.
Hallucinations [Extreme] - Anything and everything could be just made up in your head.
