Oh, this is another of those topics that could end up covering D/P/P simultaneously, but as I'm playing Diamond at the moment, I wanna ask:
Has anyone else been frustrated by use of the Pokeradar?
I was never good at it before, but this time I became bound and determined to master its basic usage and get all the pokemon I could aquire through this method, and that meant increasing my patience a thousandfold.
I've gotten a lot better, but learning has been a headache. I'm doing this as opposed to constantly replaying my third-gen games just to import pokemon that I could get with ten minutes or so of concentration on a Sinnoh route--and no six-a-day limit either.
Oh, anyone actually manage to get a legitimate Pokeradar Shiny? Besides my Shellos which doesn't count because I'd just started and there was no telltale sparkle--it was just coincidence?

With shinys, Gaara says I. Gaara hates PokeRadar when it comes to shiny. Gaara thinks it requires to much patience. sweatdrop
