So, as with most places, we must have guidelines!
First, and foremost, obey the Gaia Terms of Service (TOS). They're there for a reason.
Otherwise, make OOC threads in the OOC area, or if you like, put a few posts in the beginning of each RP for clerical stuff (introduction, rules, application form, accepted characters, what-have-you). Depending on the roleplay that may be four to seven or so reserved posts in the beginning. Otherwise, OOC threads for such things should go in the OOC area.
Other than that, things should be fairly self-explanatory. We're all adults here, and if you're here, it means you know how things work. Talk with people outside of Gaia (or within Gaia) about gray areas of things per roleplay and whatnot.
