I know i need to weigh in on this campus scale to see if its off and by how much, but since i got on my cycle im scared to get on it right now.but i will as soon as i get off it. smile

im giving up for now (the journal that is).i will still exercise and eat healthy. when i go home i'm heading to the doctors. it makes no sense how i can eat right and exercise and see absolutely no progress. its frustrating a lot and makes no sense at all. im just getting really depressed about it now. i kinda just want to have surgery for a new start and also keep up with the healthy lifestyle i have adopted.
