 Cassandra (Cassie) RoseCassie walked forwards as the coffee and ice cream shoppe came into veiw. She open the door and walked into the shoppe and saw that it wasn't that busy. People sat a tables eating ice cream and drinking coffee or tea. She walked over to the counter where orders were to be taken and said "Hello. I heard from someone that you had openings for jobs here. I would like apply for a position here please."

The manager looked up, "Depends. You got experience? You coordinated and quick? Are you good with people? But most importantly, you got enough confidence in yourself to do this job?" He looked back down at the stuff on the counter while waiting for an answer.

Cassandra (Cassie) RoseCassie smiled when the manager looked up at her and started to her questions. "Well, this will be my first job. but I am fast learner, a hard worker, I'm good with people and I am very coordinated and quick. I have enough confidence to do this job." she said with a convincing tone in her voice.

Without looking up, the manager threw a uniform at her. "Go put it on, you're hired. I want to give you a first day to see how you do."

Cassandra (Cassie) RoseCassie caught the uniform that was thrown to her, she was shocked that the manager hired her on the spot. She smiled and said "I swear I won't let you down sir." She went to the back to put on the uniform. ((I didn't know if the manager was a man or a woman.))

Cassandra (Cassie) RoseCassie put the uniform (that is in shown in the pic of the first post) on and made sure that her cell phone was off so that she wouldn't get into trouble on her first day. She took a couple of deep breathes and thought 'I am not going to blow this. This is my first job and I'm not going to blow it.' She turned and walked to front. "Okay, I'm ready sir. What do you need me to do first?" she asked him.

"Seat the couple waiting at the door, take their orders, and when it's ready take it to them. Don't forget to check in on them very now and again," He said in a bored tone. He didn't bother to mention that the two out front were actually employees testing her.

Cassandra (Cassie) RoseCassie looked over to the couple by the door and started to memorize their faces that way she won't forget them. She gave a nod signaling that understood what she need to do and said "Okay sir." Then took a deep breathe first then grabbed the order pad and a pen and walked over to the couple to greet them. "Hello and welcome to the Coffee and Ice cream Shoppe. A table of two?" she said with a smile. The couple nodded and she said "Okay, right this way." She lead the couple to an empty table, the couple took their seats and looked towards her. "My name is Cassandra and I'll be your waitress for today. Now what can I get for you two?" she said/asked with a smile.

the man spoke fast, as some customers would, "An espresso and a vanilla cone."
The woman spoke a little slower, "Just a straberry shake, please."
The manager was watching the trainee with a pleased look on his face.

Cassandra (Cassie) RoseCassie could tell that the man told her his order a little fast but she caught what he wanted. She quickly wrote down their orders and said "Okay, I'll be back in a few minutes with your orders." She smiled and left to go get their orders in and ready for them. She walked over to the manager and said "Okay sir, I need an espresso, a vanilla cone and strawberry shake."
