The point system portion of your profile is missing the Zanjutsu part, if ever you missed that. Your points and kido don't match either. If you only have 7 points allotted for kido, you wouldn't have until Bakudo 99. :3
I edited the title of your profile with a " [U/C] " because it's fun.
I think we should give him Shikai and Bankai. It wouldn't really make sense if he was promoted to become a captain without those two, unless he's Kenpachi.
