I've always liked Aussie 3-Minute Miracle for a deep conditioner.

Garnier Fructis Triple nutrition. It makes me hair feel absolutely amazing, and is by far the best product I've tried from them :] Definitely something I would try.

Aussie 3-Minute Miracle is absolute gift. Use it.
Or, if you're using hair dryers/straighteners, curlers etc then I'd recommend Redken Smooth Down serum. Just put a teeny bit into wet hair before blow-drying and it'll make your hair siiilky soft and straight and protects against damage. It's in a clear, browny-red bottle.
Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner is also AMAZING. It's in a kind of matte-gold bottle.
If you want to save money though I'd use the Smooth Down Serum because it lasts for ages.

Bumble and Bumble Defrizz and Sumotech make my hair soft. The first is before you straighten or heat your hair, the second is to smooth the flyaways.

I don't use a whole lot of hair products.
I always buy Aussie shampoo / conditioner And then my hair spray is Ion.
Oh, I also have some Silk Elements heat protection spray... but I rarely use it 'cause it makes my hair feel greasy. :/
