ρ є я ѕ σ η α ℓ ι т у : Leon's a bit shy. Just a bit. He has some trust issues that make it hard to warm up to people. But as soon as you get to know him, he'll be the best friend you've ever had. He's loyal and kind and very protective of his friends. He's somewhat superficial as well, as in, he's very protective of his possessions. He has very few of them, so it's slightly justified, but he doesn't like anyone touching his things. He becomes irate and hostile. All in all, Leon is pretty easy-going. He has to be quite moved to show any extreme emotions.
н ι ѕ т σ я у : Leon was not the most fortunate of children. He was born on the streets and raised on the streets. His mother died while giving birth to him and his father- Well, he could only imagine where the man who had impregnated his mother had fled to. For all he knew, it could be the homeless man sitting right beside him. Although they were all poverty stricken, the homeless community in which he lived took relative care of him and kept him alive until he was old enough to fend for himself. He learned to beg for food and money and he learned to fight, but he didn't like it. He felt like these were not his people. His people were religious and kind and... He wasn't sure. But there was a small group of homeless Elvaan in the area who taught him the ways of prayer. He took to them, although it was a lot more harsh in the end. They didn't often beg or steal or fight. Mostly, they just prayed, in hopes that their faith would save them.
After about a year and a half of this, by the time Leon was 14 years old, he had an epiphany. His friends and all he could call his family were dying around him. He wondered, who was he praying to? Why weren't his prayers being answered? He was starving to death right along side his people. He grew angry and, ignoring the proclamations and pleas of his remaining friends, he gave up praying and turned once again to a life of stealing. But, unfortunately, he found this life to be even worse now, and in the first month of his conversion he found himself too weak to stand. Unlike his old people, these Elvaan would do nothing to help him. They took everything for themselves, leaving him to die as he would. Heartbroken and confused, Leon prayed for forgiveness and strength. To his extreme surprise, his prayer was answered. He got himself off the ground and followed his heart down the street. Why he choose this one place, he'll never know. He broke into a home and snuck into the kitchen, hoping to steal a bite to eat. But he was caught by the owner of the home. He prepared himself to be turned in and punished......
But it never happened. The owner of the abode, Kaden Mirthandir, instead took Leon in to live with him, much to his surprise. The man was kind to him and taught him about a new sort of life. One that didn't involve a necessity to fight for life. Although there were downsides. Kaden was a smoker, but that bothered Leon very little. There was always cigarettes on the streets. The biggest thing was when Kaden got really tired or drunk, sometimes he could become mean. But it was nothing compared to the poverty he'd endured. After two years of living with Mr. Mirthandir, he was called to go back to a school that he'd attended when he was younger. a seeD academy. And, since Leon had already learned some proper fighting techniques and even had his own weapons, Kaden decided to admit him into the academy as a Cadet.
And important thing for all to know about Leon is that he suffers from Epilepsy. He could begin seizing at any time, although it's more likely to happen when there are flashing lights or very high levels of stress. He keeps pills in his bag, which he carries at all times. If he seizes, find a pill and put it under his tongue.
