Over View
The technology of Kannavahmen is hard to define. The level generally available in Common populated areas stretches from that of colonial periods to early 1900s. In most areas, there is electricity, usually either generated by coal or Hydro-electric Schemes (there are several wind farms, as well as protoype nuclear plants being tested).
There is domestic lighting in most larger cities, as well as running water and sewerage systems. Less populated or remote areas may only have limited access to these resources, but thanks to generators, if you have money, you can have power (literally).

The Common Overall, the Common have the most advanced technology. They have the ability to generate electricity on both a large city wide scale, as well as creating smaller units to generate electricity in more remote areas.
This said, steam is still a common method of power, particularly in transport of large factories. There are nation wide railways in both nations, both running steam powered engines for public transport as well as moving products. Kingdoms lines are better maintained then Empires' which are prone to derailments.
Transport Cars are avaible to those with money. The richer people (usually only those in the upper most levels of governement) can afford 'nicer' vehicles, such as: this, this, this. (I realise that some of these are cars made in the last 80 years. shush).
Those less fortunate would have had various kind of semi-automobiles, such as: this, this or this
The poorest would have been lucky to own a bicyle, but horse and cart was still something used in day to day work.
Long distance stransport would have been limited to horses, steam engines, ship or the newly developed airships (zeppelin).
Airships are newly invented and still prone to accidents, but are coming a faster and somewhat safer method of travel then travelling by sea. The air ships of Kannavahmen are similar to zeppelins (here), but often more like a sea fairing ship, with a gigantic helium balloon attached to it.
Sea fairing ships are variations of typical Enlgish man of war ships, to more recent inventions of iron clad monsters powered by steam.
Communication: Mail is something usebale, but unreliable and heavily censored.
Short and Long wave radio is one of the most common form of communication since it's cheap, easy to use and harder to censor or track.
Telephone based communcation is something that is avaible, but only to the more wealthy. It is less favorted because of it's unreliability, less wide spread reach and cost.
Day to Day There are a myriad of gagets for day to day use Kannavahmen. Think what was available up until the early 1900s, and perhaps a little more recently. Just no internet, iphones, computers or that sort of stuff.
Well, there are some computers, but they're old (from before the Reformation), hard to use and only really owned by scientists, the eccentric rich or those who collect strange trinkets.
WAR Technology for the war is where both governments are pumping all their money.
There are a variety of tanks, airships, sea fairing ships and motor vehicles (including cars and motorbikes). Guns, missiles and a variety of other explosives are also available to both nations.
Empire is far more advanced then Kingdom, but Kingdom has far better spies.

The Garrion
Overall, the Garrion have less advanced technology, but a greater understanding on the spiritual side of things than the Common.
Transport Some groups are begining to make use of Steam technology, as well as basic solar. Most groups keep to basic variations of house and cart style transport, walking and simple boats for aquatic travel.
Garrion rarely, if ever, fly. Their weeks are rarely equipped to carry the average full grown Garrion's weight. The most they can do is glide for a distance when conditions allow.
Communication: Letters sent via the post, telepathy for those who possess it (usually only over short distances), signals sent via smoke and other such naturally occurring substances.
Garrion also begin to adopts Common radio technology.
Day to Day This variations of all the technology leading up to the invention of steam power.
WAR Traditionally, Garrion use a wide range of weapons, varying from simply bow and arrows, spears and rough stone knives, to more complex swords and sieg machinery.
They also begin to use Common weapons against them, with the Garrion senses and perception making some particularly good marksmen.
