Ehh, i would have to disagree with you on that one.
1 vote on 4 things in a single topic equal confusion to some.
Would it be too much to create a topic for each and write up a plan to actually make these things.
The skeletons and a summary of what would happen in the RCP approval place.
Then get a vote.
Considering there is a 99% chance that we will sooner or later have to create an effective profile of each of those races.
So you dont see people running around with different abilities while int he same race.
and with the rpc approval place, that is an essential.
Considering someone is going to get fed up with the modding in the near future.
Might as well create it no and prevent the problem.
No?
So i digress.
Make these topics, get them ready to voted on.
Have the vote.
Go on with guild life.
Sound good?

What I meant was make seperate ones for each. Frankly it doesn't matter to me whether or not the topics are made. Once they are I will view the content and agree or disagree with the information. Having this kind of discussion when the topics could have already been made is a waste.

And you just disagreeing or agreeing with it or not doesn't really show much effort on your part.
You should get involved more and help create the systems that are going to have a big part in YOUR, OUR guild.

I don't have all day to sit around and create ideas for many guilds. I have two guilds I run, one that I co-run since the leader is pretty new to making guilds. I am constantly creating new things for those guilds. Bleach is a topic that has many restrictions. Therefore it takes longer to think of ideas for this guild.

Well i suggest you put that big brain of yours to work then.

We can't have anyone slacking.
Plus you being a Captain, you shouldn't have taken on the responsibility of being a captain.
If you could not keep up with the actual demands it takes to be a captain.
I know there is other stuff to do in the world other than bleach.
Still being in your position you should have known that some time would have to be sacrificed in order to help this guild progress.

You for one have no right to "reprimand" me for my lack of helping this guild. I am well aware that it takes time to make a guild better. I chose to become a captain because I know that once I have time to think within the restrictions of the bleach world I will be able to think of some things. Now with that being said, I take my leave of this topic because now I feel like I, myself, am being attacked.

Not meaning to sound like im attacking you personally, hell i even put a smilely face int he above post.
Does that look like the face of an attacker?
Im was jsut stateing the obvious.
Time is something needed to keep this guild going.
If you have the time, use it, if you don't either get a Vice-captain that does so you can pass your words onto and he pass it to us, or step down from your position so someone with time can help the guild.
Also, it's the world of bleach, it has nearly no restrictions.
People have swords that produce fire, see any restrictions there?
I sure don't, but ok, if you want to leave like a little kid that feels she is being attack than staying and actually talking it out with a person that wasn't even attacking you in the first place.
Go ahead.
Maybe it's just the fact that Im brutally honest.
Some people have no sympathy and treat every one the exact same. regardless.
So i hope you feel better after you finish with your mental analysis of me.

Let me tell you one thing Kin. I am leaving not only from feeling like I am being attacked but also because this conversation is going absolutely no where. I am leaving the conversation, not the guild. My Vice Captain is usually busy so I don't put the responsibility on him. Now, I am ending this conversation because it frankly isn't going anywhere.

Well since i know your leaving and OBVIOUSLY not going to answer this question.
I must ask it anyway.
WHY would you put someone as your vice-captain that cannot be available when you need them?
I know life gets in the way, but if they are so busy that they are never on, i dont think that it's such a good idea to have them as your vice-captain.
Are they like your best friend or soemthing?

Well she did say that her vice wasn't on much.
How reliable could she be?
Well at least not active in this guild at least.
Now i know your sitting there like, "Well this dudes a d**k".
Honestly, I kinda am.
I normally reject peoples feelings and say what im thinking.
Called being Brutally honest.
Also know as, a d**k.

But i don;t know about you, but i don't like people sugar coating things.
If her Vice isn't active, then shes not active.
Sure she may be reliable when she is active.
But from what She said, it sounds like she not reliable.
Or at least not reliable enough to be considered actively reliable.

I know that you have already Pmed Gochi sauce but Kaze it very Active, one of our most active members in reality. Also I do feel that you are attacking Enshara with words. Enshara is a Captain for a reason and she can run her squad in any way shape or form she wishes as long as they are in the lines of the guild rules which she has always done based on my knowledge.

Kin. I know you like to make your opinion known, BUT there are some limits, you cant go around ""Attacking"" The other captains.

Enshara has been in the guild about the same time i have, She was one of the first to join, She worked her way up all the ranks and she knows what shes doing, Her decision is always final in her squad. Her LT is who she wants it to be ...

Kin is a fairly new captain trying to get used to the guilds ways and how we do things. He will learn in time that we are very relaxed here and are all friends.
Just be patient
