Piper froze, lifting her head as Hurri's scent came wafting closer. "Hurricane..." she murmured, stiffening and then relaxing, pawing Dasha's shoulder and then nipping it. "Stay here." Her brown eyes warned the other male, warned that she was Alpha and what she said went, lover or not. Then she padded forwards, greeting Hurricane. "Hurri..." She felt a rush of guilt, a stab of worry. What if he took it wrong? It could start a pack fued. Surely Twist was just itching for a fight... She didn't need to be on the recieving end, but she couldn't really stop what had happened. She was pregnant. With another male's puppies. "Hurricane." Her voice was sharp, but not cold. It held a caring. "I need to speak with you."

"What seams to be troubling you?" He noticed right away and padded forward to nuzzle her neckfluff like a loving mate would. He had no idea that she was about to drop a bombshell in his lap about thier relationship. He only knew that she was warm to the touch and that it was nice to be something so close to who he cared about. "I'll make everything right...no matter what the problem." He chuckled and nipped at her ear playfully. "Thats why I'm here isn't it? To make you happy."

She stiffened at his touch, her mind spinning, racing out of control. Dasha was only yards away, waiting for her call, waiting for her to explain to Hurricane what had happened. What she had done. Suddenly, she felt like a puppy being scolded by her father -- the wonderful Tabansi, the idolized Tabansi -- and she flattened her ears. "I...of course... But Hurricane."
She pulled away, looking doleful for a moment. No. She was Piper, alphess of Gomorrah. She owned this land. She owned every bit of it. She puffed up her chest, and in the strongest voice she could muster, she looked him in the eye and said, "I cheated on you."

Dasha watched the male called Hurricane nuzzle HIS Piper's fur. The Beast inside him was growling, waiting to tear the male apart at Piper's word. He couldn't hide the smirk that grew upon his maw as Piper confessed. He wanted to watch the male's face contort with pain or suprise, or watch in loose it and have to step in to 'defend Piper'. He was itching for a fight, whatever the cost.

Surprisingly he was pretty calm about it on the outside. When you lived with crazy family it was often better not to show your emotions. He didn't want to be called weak after all by them. He just let out a long silent sigh before mustering up the words to speak again. "I'm glad you had the courage to bring it up to me. I respect you for that." He still hadn't stepped back and his head still rested on her shoulders as if he understood the entire thing perfectly. He still didn't know that Dasha was only feet away and that Piper was full of puppies from him.
"I'm sure we can work this all out. You wouldn't have told me the truth if you really didn't want to work threw it." He let out a small smile as he continued to nuzzle her as if he knew this was the last time he was going to get a chance to do such a think with her.

She took a staggering breath in. No. No he was supposed to get mad, not understand! She squeezed her toes into the soft earth, wanting to growl but afraid of making the situation worse. "No. No, you shouldn't respect me." Her words were picked carefully, but sorrowfully too. She wished that she could make everything better -- but it obviously hadn't been great, with Hurri, else she'd have stayed happy... Right?
And her happiness was worth more than anyone elses... Right?
"I'm pregnant, too," she barked out bitterly. "You're not the father, Hurri. God, I'm sorry..." That was half-truth. She did feel sorry. But at the same time...she wasn't. "I guess I live up to my pack, huh, Hurri?" Her voice was cold, angry. "A pack of Sin. A pack of lust and inner demons. I surely am Tabansi's daughter."

A low rumble of a growl came from Dasha's chest, and he watched the male with haw-like eyes. Piper was upset. What had he done? He was going to pay if she didn't cheer up soon. He could only just barely keep his paws planted on the ground.

This caused him to step back for the moment and sorrowfully look into her eyes. He was confused and fustrated; but the calm washed over him once more. If he over reacted and attacked her he'd be worse then his own brother. And Hurricane wanted nothing to be like him at all.
"So who is the male?" His voice was more cold now to the situation that was playing out. It was clear that Piper had made her choice from her last words. The love had faded and he was on his own for the first time in his life. No Tornado, no Piper, and not even his mother would be there for him now. Although he always did have to option to go back to her- but he's have to suffer the torment that she would give him for wandering off like that. Abandoning Gommorah and another chance at power.

Piper felt a small flicker of fear at the look in Hurricane's eyes, though he showed nothing more than a strange calm. He wasn't insane. He was never insane. "I'm sorry," she whispered again, to him and to no one. "But what's done is done." Raising her voice, she barked out, "Dasha. Come." Just like one man might call a dog. She looked between her lover and her mate -- ex mate -- and held herself rigid, dominant. "Dasha... This is Hurricane. Hurri... Dasha."

Restraining himself from ripping the male's throat out, Dasha padded to Piper's side. "Hello." His voice was low, strained even. His fur was bristling beyond his control, and his ears lay flat on his skull. Though he made no threatening moves to Hurricane, he didn't back down and whimper, either. Piper may have been a bit sorry, bu he wasn't.

Hurricane's brow narrowed dangerously towards Dasha as if fire was burning with hate in them. But he didn't move one way or the other. He was frankly more worried by the male's untaimed agression and the unborn puppies in Piper. He turned to his Ex-mate and as if nothing had happened between the two spoke, "I will be staying on as Alpha." His head then clearly turned to Dasha a snarl raising in his gullet. "So I don't expect any problems..." Hurricane ment buisness and even with his gimp leg he promised in his mind to tear the sad creature infront of him appart if he tried anything foolish.

Piper glanced between the males, feeling Hurricane's hatred towards Dasha and vice versa. She flattened her ears against her skull and stared a hole in Dasha, willing him not to do anything stupid. Hurricane's words, however, surprised her.
He wanted to stay as Alpha? Here? Without her, what did he have? A son who didn't love him? A daughter with his orange pelt? His family was in Agua Azul. Twist was the alpha there and all of his siblings resided in the crazy forlorn place near the sea.
She found she didn't mind. Maybe he'd step up his duties, stop feeling sorry for himself. She smiled. "Alright. I accept that, Hurricane." Her voice was soft as she glanced back at Dasha. "There will be no problems." This time, her voice was a warning. "I'll expect you to be kind to our puppies, once they arrive?" She looked at Hurri again.

"It's not the puppies fault for the drama that have been brought by this event. Nor to I harbor any ill will towards them. I will love them as if they were my own." He returned a smile at her as his promise. Dasha on the other paw he was going to turn his life into a living hell if he stuck about. Hurricane would shadow his every moment looking for any screw up to exploit. Just because Piper fell out of love with him didn't mean he could regain it. And if he chased out the only other male that held her affections it would boost his chances of getting her back and that was his solitary goal at the moment.

Piper nodded, briskly. "Good." It was spoken as if she'd said 'you'd better'. She imagined her children following Hurricane around. Perhaps they'd like him more than his own children did. What an amusing thought. She smiled.
Turning to Dasha, she carefully nuzzled him, showing affection only to test what Hurricane might do. Nibbling his ear gently but rough enough to assert her dominance, she turned away. "Let's go. We're done..." For now, anyways. Giving him a push, she smiled a goodbye at Hurricane and began to pad away.
(Number, you should be able to finish it off and tag a FIN on the label?)

Dasha, struggling to keep his cool, turned his back on Hurricane and followed Piper away. It was hard, he never turned his back on another male wolf, but he knew he had to, less he would be thrown form the pack and unable to see his puppies. He snorted once and drowned out his worries with a nuzzle to Piper's maw and a small lick to her face. And with that, they left.
