The blast are completely black and have the power to cut through reinforced steel. - Meimeikaen Zanzo (闇光炎残像)Description: Using his speed along with the swords dark flame powers, the user creates several afterimages(or clones) that look exactly like the user.The real user is easy to tell from the pack seeing as all the afterimages are the user with a light gray skin color with burning red eyes. - Zanzo Makurayami Shenshi (残像-晦冥穿刺) Description: Using his speed along with the swords dark flame powers, the user creates several afterimages(or clones) that look exactly like the user in a circle around the opponent. The user and the afterimages slash at their opponent sending large black black flames slashes hurling at the foe simultaneously, giving them little time to react. They can do multiple slashes if the user desires. - Meimeikaen Shouheki (闇光炎難関) Description: The user seems to attempt to pierce the sword through their palm but, the closer it gets to the palm it dematerializes, send shards of black flames hovering around the user, in the shape of dark cherry blossoms. When an attack A rank of Higher is directed at the user when this effect is activated, a black flame wall appears in the direction of the attack(s). B rank and lower attacks travel through the barrier though. - Ankoku Ensho(闇猛暑) Description: The user thrusts his sword in the ground, sending waves of flames seeping at great speeds out the ground. This attack is used to either, send foes to close to the user flying or clearing out multiple enimies surrounding the user. - Yamikaen Hiryuu (闇光炎飛竜) Description: The user twirls the blade above their head rapidly with an aura of black flames surrounding him/her as they do this.(the user can also twirl the blade in front of them) A all black dragon made of pure flames soars from the blade and flies either at the opponent or high in the air and swoops down at them. The dragons eyes are dark red and it resembles that of dragons of chinese history. Mikadzuki was given his unique name because on the day of his birth there was a new moon. Mikadzuki lived in a village just outside of Konoha when he was a very young boy. "My boy is destined for greatness, gonna be Hokage someday!!" he father would say. "Feared and respected by all!!". "NO, He's going to be a kind and compassionate kage" his mom would reply. His life was always good, he excelled at ninjutsu at his academy, he was very popular among his peers, not to mention his parents got along great. His teachers would always tell his parents "Your son has lots of talent, he each sparring match I see him in he fights as if he has a purpose to fulfill,some kinda gain if he wins".Mikadzuki was promoted to Anbu at the age of 11 for killing an S rank missing nin when he attempted to break in his parents home. From then on, Mikadzuki was known as the Crescent Death of Konoha, and he served directly under the Hokage for 7 years. Mikadzuki one day decided that his help was needed elsewhere and resigned as Anbu, bidding his farewells to those in Konoha in search of a Rain village and decided to begin his new life there. He met with the former Amekage to see if he could be promoted directly to Anbu captain of the village, seeing as he was an excellent ninja and was very well rounded skillwise. The Otokage gave him a promotion after he demonstrated his power on several diffrent occasions. After only 5 years of service to the Rain village he was given the rank of Amekage when the former Amekage resigned. Mikadzuki plans on taking the village to new heights as well as get the Rain's name as known as Konoha. Battle/Anbu attire:

Uno was born without a father, and his mother died when he was 9. After that, his personality changed from kind to careless. He became very independent and quiet. Uno grew up completely alone because he didn't socialize, but he loved to pick fights. Now the people he once picked on are afraid to even make eye contact with him. People call him a freak behind his back. This ninja found hobbies training and solving puzzles. His favorites are sudokus. He will always remain heartless.
The only friend Uno ever had was Keegan Ishimaru, but since his mother died he tried destroying that bond. He thinks it was done successfully, though Keegan still thinks they're friends. Uno eventually start practicing fighting with his sword and trained on speed. Because of that, he has become stronger in taijutsu that most of the other students in his class. Usually people see him standing around in the shade or at school. His house is complicated to find in the large city.

•Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.
•Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
•Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.
•Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
•Kumo Keba no Jutsu (Cloud Wisp Technique)
Description: A scouting technique forming warm air into his hands the Cloud-Nin creates a cloud that is infused with chakra, the entire process takes a post in itself, after forming the cloud the nin loses all form of mental consciousness and the cloud flies away. This little wispling of cloud is now controlled by the nin who has lost consciousness it hears and sees all that is near the cloud. More often times then not the ghosts many foreign shinobi claimed to of seen in The Gate is nothing more then a shinobi using this technique, the wispling looks like a slight misty ball and some could even see the face of the nin form into it giving it a more ghost-like appearance. Destroying it is very easy, physical attacks, ninjutsu almost anything can dispel the technique returning the nin to consciousness, but a horrible weakness this wisp does have is that if one were to use genjutsu on the probe it immediately dispels and the user is afflicted with the genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.
•Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
•Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
•Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique)
Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.
Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state.
•Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.

Description: The user swings their arm in a direction towards the opponent causing a flash of light to be seen by the opponent but really it is a large shark like cutting blast that could cut through steel with enough force.

Class: Genin
Description:A basic clone but with the attributes of the celestial chakra running through the hiragana veins and can only be destroyed with vital or deep cuts.
Weaknesses: can be destroyed by any jutsu or deep wound.

It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.<br/><br/>Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation)<br/>Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with a control of 40 could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated.<br/><br/>Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill)<br/>Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.<br/><br/>Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu (Retrieving Wind Technique)<br/>Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Those with a 5 or so in Power will only be able to push small objects about the size of a kunai or shuriken towards them, while someone with a 40 in Power can push large animals and even people.<br/>_______________________________________<br/>Gennin<br/><br/>Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu (Gale Surge)<br/>Description: A defensive jutsu at best. The user distills the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again. <br/><br/>Okuridashi Kaze (Propelling Winds)<br/>Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force. In order to access this chakra Seo unwraps his eyes. After unwrapping his eyes Seo is able to access a well of wind chakra. He was in an emotional distress. The staff had a note attached to a scroll. it was a summoning scroll. The scroll was taped to the bottom. And just gave way because of constant use.
