((Alright.. I feel like there really isn't a point in continuing this fight.
It's not that I'm disappointed or anything, I've just already made my decision as far as your espada seat is concerned.

Now, I know that you had your heart set on 1st, but you need to remember that the 1st espada is crazy powerful, WAY more powerful than any captain. At your current level of role-playing, I just don't feel comfortable handing you that much power right off the get-go. Don't get me wrong, you're not that bad, but your posts are barely more than one-liners, and you are lacking a lot of detail.

Look at Au3's posts in that fight. Now, she is only the 4th espada, good enough to rise above that position, but I'm just giving you a couple examples of the kind of role-playing I'm looking for.

Study ALL of the posts in the above fight. Those people are some of the best role-players I know. If you want to try for the 1st espada spot again in a couple weeks, and as long as there isn't another espada directly above you (in which case you will have to challenge them), I'll give you another chance. I know that you are a capable of role-playing better than you have been, and I just feel like you aren't giving it your all, and are not ready for the 1st spot.

((If you aren't feeling the character, you should have let me know and made one that you would be able to feel a bit more, rather than trying to push a character that just wasn't something you were in to.
Also, don't try and reverse this onto me. I already told you that I know you are better than you have been role-playing.
So. If you would like to give it another try.. make a NEW character that you can feel, take as much time as you'd like, we aren't opening the guild for at least another week or so. Once you are comfortable with that character, we'll give it a go. k?))
